3 PCS Planaria Trap, 2 Holes + 3 Holes + 8 Holes Snail Trap Planaria Trap for Fish Tank Aquarium

With the right bait I find these work really well.I have a 200l main aquarium with a lot of snails which I capture using these and then feed them to my pigmy puffers in a separate tank.I just drop these in with a small piece of lettuce or courgette and within 24 hours there’s usually 20+ in each trap.I am thinking of attaching a length of fishing line to each trap to pull them out of the water as a 200l tank is quite deep.Very pleased with my purchase.

Found that frozen Bloodworm was the bait of choice!

All 3 items in this set are for planaria only. The holes are tiny, snails would never get in there. Perhaps newly hatched ones but I'd doubt it. Fed up with sellers on here flogging stuff that's no use for the purpose they say it's for!!! Not only that, but the round one with 8 holes does not stay down! Going straight back to the seller!

I done what was previously recommended and placed a small bit of fresh tuna inside and placed in the tank for 30 minutes, it did work well, but over the next week or so I found it was better to leave over night, I also noticed that it was best to open a small tin of tuna every 3 days too bait the trap, the fresher the tuna the better.

The two test-tube jobbers worked like magic - really quite revolting within an hour or so of going into a dark tank

Don't bother buying, it doesn't collect or trap anything, the leech is still in my fish tank living it's best life.

Does what it's supposed to

I place this item on the rocks and make sure the food is as far away from the openings so the worms have to fully go inside it to get the bait. If used this way it works great, if food too close to holes they will pop in for a nibble and then bigger off when done 🙈

Mein Aquarium hat es leider erwischt.Die Glasröhrchen sind super!Das Öffnen geht ganz schnell.Das runde Ding ist vom Öffnen her ekliger, da es sich etwas verkeilt.Und es hat etwas Auftrieb, da es nicht aus Glas ist.Ich habe je ein Bröckchen Katzenfutter reingetan.Kochendes Wasser halten die Fallen aus 👍🏼Absolute Kaufempfehlung, sehr guter Preis.Ich habe die Fallen mit der Öffnung in den Kies gelegt.
