I am an 8 or a 10 and small was definitely the right size for me. I suppose that depends on the amout of control you are looking for but this pulls my tummy in well without being uncomfortable at the end of a long day. No digging in. Have worn them about 20 times and they seem to be wearing well. They are a good height/lenght so fit really nicely pulling my waist in a little too. I tend to hand wash in warm soapy water and hang to dry. Really pleased with them and will probably buy again at some point.

These came neatly packaged. The underwear is comfortable and does not roll down. The knickers do hold you in but don’t expect it to give you an ultra flat stomach lol. I am a 12-14 and ordered a large and they were just right.

It came packed with real care and they look amazing. I have what you call a Fupa... After two difficult childbirth my lower tummy hangs down. It's especially visible now that I gained some weight. Always felt very embarrassed to tuck my tops in to trousers as my lower tummy would show. Tried many other different control pants but none of them feel this good. They were either to high-waisted, gathering my back fat between the pants and bra, rolling down and making me feel uncomfortable. These are just waist high, really pretty and made my tummy nearly go... I mean it will not make you look a size 8 if you are a 12 but it will smooth out your tummy and not make you look like it's hanging over your privates.... if you know what I mean. They feel very comfortable too... I will be getting ke some more. Would recommend to anyone. (I am a size 12 and got me a size L)

I’m a size 12/14 and ordered a large. Arrived beautifully wrapped looked really nice. Unfortunately I found them too big and did not support me at all, very stretchy comfy but no use for what I wanted them for. Will be returning.

If a firm tummy is want you need, then this is it. So comfortable to wear too.

Very uncomfortable digging into my ribs very painful to wear waste of money

Bought a size L against Amazon’s suggestion and as a 14 bottom, this was good for light control. I guess if you want a tighter ‘squeeze’, size down. Very good fit though, no muffin top - but I guess that depends on your shape. Thinking of buying another pair as think I’d like to wear them more frequently.

Not very effective, possibly should have gone a size less then I thought I needed but currently do about as much for my figure as just wearing leggings.

After losing 115 lbs. my lower stomach is my main problem area. I have tried all kinds of different shapeware and have spent A LOT of money on them, but this one FINALLY did the job! Pulled in my lower belly pouch and was comfortable!!!! Felt so great I came home and ordered another set. This may be the only underwear I wear at this point until I can have surgery! Buy it....you won't be sorry!!!!

J’ai pris la taille au dessus mais pourtant l’article n’est pas très confortable - la matière est un peu irritante - l’élastique cuisse n’est pas très souple - l’effet gainant n’est pas flagrant

Decided to try my 1st "girdle" (call it what you will)... but forgot to take into account most items fitted to a body us NOT DESIGNED FOR SHORT TORSO. Ended up altering as I could. Does have a moderate stretch- like pantyhose with a built-in tummy control- thruout center area; gets truly firm (what I was hoping for) only near the top & waistband .... so due to my short torso, half the length of the 4 "corsette-bone tabs" are wasted. (No pun intended.) Overall- IF you are not short torsoed!- these ought to work well for you. Guess I learned a few lessons & will search for new pairs with them in mind.

The media could not be loaded.  This shapewear has become my secret weapon for feeling fabulous in any outfit. I love the high-waisted design that smooths everything out from my tummy to my hips, giving mt the snatched look that I’ve always dreamed of.As for the material - I thought it would feel more like cotton, but it’s made of mostly polyester with some Spandex, making it sheer throughout. It also has some silicone boning in 4 spots – in the front and the back - to help prevent it from rolling up or down. The fabric is stretchy and breathable, so it hugs my curves without making me feel like I can't breathe. It’s done wonders for my confidence! I especially love the rouching in the back, giving the illusion of a butt lift.Overall, this shapewear is very lightweight, breathable, and comfortable – I highly recommend!
