This is one of then worst investments I ever made. The product arrived as it was shown here and everything was fine and dandy. The installation also went well and I was able to hoist it on my bathroom wall.Even though it is mentioned that it can carry almost 10 lbs, I was hesitant in over loading and hence just placed the very basic items such as a hair removal blade, couple of very small Kevin Murphy conditioners (sample packs) hardly weighs anything @ all and some minor bathroom knick knacks. I threw the box in which it was packaged and have no idea on what will I do with the stuff. I not only did lose my money but now am also stuck with something which has only one place to go and that is - the waste basked.Horrible product.

Dose not stick to the wall and very flimsy

I can not put it together because the 2 pieces of the piping are the same diameter so one end does not fit into the other as it should. It is sitting in the box in my bathroom.

lasted 3 days. i am returning it.

Works well near vanity in bathroom but NOT GOOD FOR SHOWERS/BATHTUBS. Adhesive is stron but not strong enough for humidity from showers on tile.

Do not bother very cheap product, but the shelf size was perfect

The suction did not stick on my shower wall. I tried a variety of times to reposition so that it would stick and it just didn't seem to work. Not sure if it was the suction/stickiness or my shower wall, but it is simply a white tile? Would not recommend.

Was really excited about this. I Followed directions perfectly and the mounts don't stay stuck to the wall.
