Not the perfect product- adapter not included, only one size hole, and not as powerful as I wanted it to be. If you use your laptop to charge it you are running the risk of burning down your computer. For the price of this product I would be more willing to purchase from Costco or a store where return would be easier. But seller is responsible and responded to my concerns, provided recommendations and reviewed ways to solve the problem, even sent me a replacement, which somewhat worked a little better. For that I really appreciate the business with the seller and would purchase again from them. But if you are looking into a sharpener that is powerful and save tons of time, for me I'd probably go with one that you don't need an adapter.

Really surprised at the poor reviews for this pencil sharpener. Had it for almost a year and a half and it's worked very well. I've only used alkaline batteries and as soon as it starts to sharpen a little slow, I replace them. I sharpen mostly colored pencils and it's given all of them a good point. I would buy again.

It doesn't sharpen pencils. It is as if it is in slow motion. I bought it early for Christmas. By the time I gave it to the intended, the return window closed.

It chewed up my pencils and never did sharpen them.

It just didn't want to sharpen things without stopping a lot. Had to keep lifting pencil up and down to get it to work and sharpen.
