I bought this case solely for the case (with the added benefits of the keyboard cover and plug covers) because I wanted to add a little protection to my Macbook and change the color.I'm fairly happy with it as it seems like a nice case with one or two very small issues/imperfections. If you buy this, buy it for the case (and keyboard cover... and possibly some of the plug covers).Pros:-- The plastic seems good. It doesn't feel like a cheap material. It felt a little rough at first (as if you were wiping very light dirt off it; not perfectly smooth) but this lessens over some time. You can't actually see what causes this.-- The case is translucent, so the Apple logo's light still shines through (with a very light, blue tint).-- The case does exactly what I wanted (protection and color change).--The inside portion of the case is somehow some sort of grippy plastic. I'm not sure if this actually helps secure it in place, but the case is securely on the Macbook.-- The case has a vented bottom, although I do not think it helps much with heat.-- There are holes in the bottom half of the case for the side vents and they line up very well. I feel like this is a very important feature in any case.-- The keyboard cover fits the keyboard accurately and is thin and grippy on the back. It should be able to stay on fairly well and doesn't interfere too much with typing.-- I think I saw a review or two saying that this is a fingerprint magnet. I disagree.Cons:-- The case may be hard to take off. I tried at one point and ended up possibly cracking one of the securing tabs a little (see picture). I decided I wasn't going to try to take it off after that.-- You can see where the tabs are molded due to a small square/rectangle near each of them (see picture). This doesn't really bother me though as it isn't too visible on the black version.-- There could have been one more securing tab on the top portion of the case in the center (right above the webcam). This is the best area to push/pull on in order to open the Macbook as it puts the least twisting pressure on the screen. When you go to push/pull on this area, the case flexes outward a little due to it. There could also possibly have been one on each side of the screen, but the lack of these may be to avoid extra pressure on the screen in case of an imperfect fit.-- The securing tabs on the top half and the indents in the bottom half to accommodate for them don't line up perfectly when the Macbook is closed (see picture of the tab with the possible crack in it). It doesn't really bother me and has no impact on the function of the case... it is just a tiny imperfection.-- The feet on the bottom of the case start to wear, causing some sort of film to begin peeling (see picture). I'll just peel it off and it should be fine.-- Although this is also a Pro (see “Pros”) the case is translucent, so you can still see some things on the Macbook through it. Take my picture of the bottom, for example. You can still see the word “Macbook Pro” and the screws.-- Light does not shine through the letters of the keyboard protector. You can see how the backlighting of the keys works with it in one of my pictures (in it, the backlight is at the highest setting). Essentially, you can see the outlines of the keys (and the Caps Lock light), but not the letters. I made the camera take a picture that matches about what you see in real life.-- The plug covers are... disappointing, but okay. Some fit, some don't. The USB ones do not fit for me. The two card plugs are two different thicknesses, so one doesn't fit. This may be to accommodate other models of Macbooks (the same plug package is probably included in several different model options). The impressions on the plugs are backwards, hence the “HDWI” (which is upside down and backwards in the picture) on the HDMI plug. The ones that do fit work nice, though I do not use them for this Macbook.Other Notes:-- I did not try the screen protector due to what I read in other reviews. Apparently it is not worth messing with. I didn't want to deal with bubbles anyways and take fairly decent care of my screen to begin with. (The thing is closed half the time and any extra thickness on the screen makes me nervous since the keys already touch the screen when closed. I can tell this due to eventual grease marks on the screen exactly matching the key shapes.)-- I did not use the slip cover as I already had another that was of better quality, but if I remember correctly, it was decent (no zipper though). I gave it to someone else.

The MacBook Pro cover is a perfect fit for my model. The only complaint I have is that it comes with a packet of little tiny clips with pictures of how to attach but unusable because the pictures are so small you cannot tell which clip to use where. However I was lucky since when attaching to my MacBook Pro, the case clipped around everywhere and does not need these clips. The keyboard protector fits exactly and I use it. The only minus I have is that the cover shows fingerprints immediately even with pretty clean hands.

This is a really great value for all the things you get in it. The case is great. I ordered the blue one and I loved the color, it's the perfect shade of blue. I also feel confident that this case will protect my Macbook well. A nice bonus is that the rubber feet on the case are so much more grippy than the actual feet of the laptop, it's so nice not to have my laptop not slide around while I'm typing now.Speaking of typing, the keyboard cover is really nice. It takes some getting used to, but it sticks to the keys well and doesn't really hinder your typing experience at all. It's great for me because I'm usually on my laptop during all my meals, and knowing crumbs won't get stuck in my keyboard is a pretty great feeling.The dust covers are pretty nice too. I wasn't too thrilled that they send you a light blue set with the blue case and keyboard cover. But they get the job done. They stay in really well, but the Magsafe cover gets knocked out pretty easily since the port isn't too deep. No biggie though, it's my most frequently used port anyways.The screen protector is okay. I wasn't going to put it on since Macbooks don't have a touch screen, but I decided to for grins. It's a pretty thin sheet of plastic, and it's one of those that's pretty hard to get perfect, because any little speck of dust leaves an air bubble. It also feels a little sticky, and it probably wouldn't be pleasant to use if these laptops had a touchscreen, but they don't, so again no biggie. I'll probably take it off.The sleeve is a nice addition. My Macbook Pro Retina fit just fine with the case on it, with room to spare. I agree with other reviews that say the stitching isn't great, but if you're just using it to transport you laptop around by hand or in a backpack, it does the job, and I have no complaints.Overall, this is a great kit, especially for the price. Obviously you can't expect amazing quality, but this is still really good, pretty close to perfect in my opinion. Being that this is my first Apple computer, I'm pretty thrilled they make so many accessories like this for it. I definitely trust this kit to protect my investment, and I'm actually considering ordering a black kit to mix up the colors a bit. 10/10 would recommend.

I have an older Mac Book (2014) and the case finally gave up on me. I was delighted to find, first off one that would fit a laptop this old, and second one that fit the bill so neatly.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity of items that was included with this bundle for the price that I had paid. The front and rear covers fitted snuggly and latched neatly around my MacBook Pro's aluminium shell with a gentle push on each corner. Please be advised that there is no cut out to show the apple logo on the front plastic cover which didn't really bother me as much, but light from the backlit tech does shine through as the cover is thin enough to allow this. The bottom cover fitted equally good and allowed for both sound and air vents to remain clear with the accurate cut outs. the rubber pads at the bottom prevent any slippage to which is most welcome during those table top work sessions.The rubber keyboard cover on first impressions felt flimsy to which I was sceptical if it would actually do any good, but after fitting it and testing out my own typing style, the keys didn't feel hard to push and the keyboard cover did not move whilst it was use.The rubber inserts fit and stay in quite snugly with no fear or them falling out. The fabric case is an additional soft protective bonus to which I may not use this all the time, but it is nice to have and gives good access to its contents without being to tight to remove.Where I'm most pleased throughout this bundle is the screen protector, Because the macbook pro has a rubber gasket that lines the outer edge of the screen, positioning the protector was made simple by using the gasket as a guide, Application was simple but I would definitely advise to slow down when doing this and not to apply to much pressure to your screen when pushing any air bubbles out to the edge. If done correctly the finish that it gives is almost seamless apart from the rounded rectangular camera cut out.Overall application, presentation and the level of protection is great for my own personal needs and I would recommend this product to others who seek a similar level of protection without having the need to spend to much. Great Value for money.

My Review of 13inch MacBook Pro retina hard shell cover:I bought this cover as I had previously bought a similar hard cover for my laptop from another company which cracked when putting it onto the laptop. This cover is clearly better manufactured and has good quality feel to it. It fits my laptop perfectly with no problems.The cover arrived very quickly, thanks to amazon prime delivery, and was well packaged. Inside the box came the top and bottom cover for the laptop aswell as a microfibre cloth, which was nice to be included.The bottom cover for the laptop has air vents in order to keep the mac from overheating which is fantastic for keeping the laptop in great working condition.Also in the box comes a screen protector, this was bent on mine so was not of any use however I had not intended on using it anyway. The soft case and keyboard cover are a nice addition which I use daily.I would recommend this cover to anyone with the mac model A1502 as it is just superb and I couldn't be happier.

This was cheap to buy, and worth every penny. Case, hard shells, keyboard protector, slot protectors and screen protector. I chose a plain black which looks cool.It may not look as hard wearing as my last protector, but I can’t say it won’t be. Obviously unless I drop it I wouldn’t expect it to break anyway, and at the price, if I am that unlucky, I’ll buy another.
