I really like this product. The exfoliating scrub is great. The soap is great for pre shave lubrication and I use is along with my shave cream to make a easy day of my bald head shave. The post shave bottle smells great and the balm at the end is great also.Highly recommend

Heard of the brand from a friend. Perfect moisturizer for bald heads. Don’t need a lot to go far. Fair price for amount of product and how long it lasts.

Feels great on my freshly shaved head. Not greasy at all but is moisturizing. Not my favorite scent - I’m picky - but it’s mild and doesn’t linger. I’d buy again.

This review is for the Mountaineer Brand Step 4 Moisturize. I just recently started shaving my head completely bald. After I initially shaved I had a lot of irritation on my scalp. Looked up Balms for bald heads and this popped. Decided to give it a try. I gave my head a shave tonight to get rid of the 5 oclock shadow. Afterwards I put this stuff on. It's very comfortable. Not overly greasy and leaves a beautiful shine on my head. It smells good too. It has cedar, peppermint, rosemary, and eucalyptus in it. Leaves a nice soothing cooling snesation on the scalp without any burn. I have pretty sensitive skin so that's a plus! And no irritation after the shave. Really good stuff. Will have to buy the 2 pack of it now!

First of all let me pervious that I am not a reviewer of products as I generally am a quiet person that stays to myself. For this product I will absolutely make the exception so anyone who is on the fence about purchasing this or not can hopefully have some peace of mind. I am a sufferer of sensitive skin. I can’t use most products because it will cause skin breakouts so I generally stick to the same stuff. I’ve always had a short hair cut ( one guard) but with a bit of a receding hairline I decided to just bite the bullet and start shaving. I should have done my research about the proper way to do it because I almost immediately began started getting ingrown hairs due to 1. Poor technique and 2. A lot of the products out there are loaded with unnecessary chemicals. I came across this product and said what the hell. Within a couple of days my skin has cleared almost completely up and my face/ head has never felt so clean. My first thought was it wasn’t going to be much bang for my buck due to the actually size of the bottles but it takes such a small amount of product to cover my head and face (less than the surface area of a dime) it immediately became worth it. Highly recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone prone to ingrown hairs/ acne/ increased amount of oil on skin.

Yo it works on the bald head & face has the beard nice soft shiny but smell is to close to vapor rub could be eucalyptus tone down the smell to a more pleasant one would recommend.

I heard great things about this product. Sad thing is the product came damaged and the bottles were melted. Being in the military was looking to try this product especially when I have to keep a clean shave at all times. It spilled in the box😏 wish I can get another delivered 😟 either way I still give it a five. Things happen.

I've been keeping a shaved head for a while now and I've been loving it. As a guy that's had sensitive skin my entire life I am always careful with what products I use and that concern carries over right into transitioning from hair care to skin care, or more specifically- scalp care. This 5 piece care pack is solid, but some items are better than others. Here's a quick rundown on everything in the pack as they are numbered as a set of steps.Step 1 - ExfoliateSmells nice, but hardly does any exfoliation. I used the bottle that came with my original pack, but haven't reordered it since I ran out as I prefer the other scrubs my wife enjoys using.Step 2 - CleanseThis stuff is excellent! The smell is wonderful without being too strong or flowery and has a subtle sandalwood aroma. I shave and wash my head with the step 2 cleanse and it's better than any shaving cream or shave soap I've ever used. I always come out of the shower with a great scent and a smooth shave.Step 3 - BalanceIn my opinion, this item is kind of a filler. You could use apple cider vinegar or something similar to get the same effect. I personally haven't touched the step 3 balance since I first tried it. I don't have greasy skin, but maybe if you're struggling with that you'd like this. It just wasn't for me.Step 4 - Moisturizing BalmThis may be my favorite item in the whole kit. Since I shave every time I shower, hopping out to moisturize with this balm is one of the loveliest experiences I've had since I began keeping a shaved head. It smells a lot like the cleanse which I love and little goes a long way. I think my first jar lasted a few months, and that's with daily use. This magical stuff works wonders on my head.Step 5 - DetoxPersonally, I'm not a big clay mask fan be it for your face or head. This stuff seems to work like your typical clay mask would. I just never care to bother with it. Not bad, not great- just some clay to rub on your head. Do it if you're into it, but I'd rather spend the money on another Step 2 - Cleanse or a jar of the Moisturizing Balm.
