Other than feeling extremely jittery, I’m concerned about the Folate blend. What is that? Nature folate blend? People with these MTHFR mutations need folate, I’m wondering what else is involved. My doctor advised me to start taking this since my homocysteine levels were a bit high on my blood test. I have been feeling a lot better since I started taking this supplement. I plan on adding it to my health regimen daily, from here on out.

I had a stent 18 months ago. My CRP was low but homocysteine was modestly elevated. Using this product it has reduced by 7 points and now in a healthy range. The B12 can only help my brain too!
