Excellent product, very durable , just make sure to follow the application directions. If left on to long takes quite a bit more effort to remove.May I suggest to apply the wax to 3 sections of your vehicle ( front fender, door Ect. ) after finishing the application to the 3rd section remove the wax from the first section and then wax the 4th section and remove the 2nd section. Keep up this pattern all the way around the vehicle until you are done.This wax is very durable, here in the north east with the harsh weather I get 10 months of protection before having to reapply.Great product well worth the money !!!

I've used this a few times so here is my review. Coming from Collinite 845, I prefer the super doublecoat (476s), especially at this 18oz size. The can doesn't require shaking or warming, and the lid remains closed. The can't doesn't topple over and spill product. The can lets me smoosh a circle pad around to get some product. The can doesn't let light in. I can store a circle pad inside the can. Both 845 and 476s make my old car look great, shiny, water beads, but through this past winter the 476s seemed to last longer. The directions say to do panels, but I apply to my entire car inside a garage (by hand, with gloves on), and have no issue removing it. There isn't a bad smell, but there also isn't added fruity smell. I also used it on my home windows because why not? I know people don't read 5* because of the rigging, but this really is a great product. It also arrived safely with no missing product, no damage, etc, another reason to use this over the 845. Keep on truckin'.

I bought this on a recommendation from the auto detailer we take our cars to once a year. He recommended Collinite and he uses it in his small business. He claims it is the best wax available because it has the best ingredients, is reasonably priced, and produces a tough, sealing finish that lasts and protects the paint surface. That was good enough for me.Using it to wax your car is a little different than standard paste waxes. After a few wax jobs I learned that it works better if you do a panel at a time rather than apply to the whole car. As soon as the wax turns opaque, buff it off. That returns an almost liquid shine that makes my cars look better than new. It takes a little longer, but the results are worth it. I wax my two Mercedes, a 1999 and 2017 models, twice a year, and even through my Michigan winters, they remain gleaming.I think this is the best wax you can buy.

I love this product! Used it before a road trip to Alaska and when I returned I was sure I’d be washing for hours. Road crime and insect remains washed right off with little effort. My truck shined up like it was new! It lasts quite some times under a variety of conditions. My confidence in it is very high and it lasts easily 10 to 12 months.

Absolutely the best car wax I've ever used. Goes on easily and rubs out cleanly. Don't do too big an area and don't let it dry too much. This wax lasts and lasts. Even washing car doesn't appear to affect. Wife's car still beads up even over the winter and after taking it through carwash. Touch ups or multiple coats on critical areas such as hood increases protection. Highly recommend.

So far so good! As far as application goes, I didn't feel I needed to do a 2x2 area and remove immediately, could do panel or 2 at a time... but if left for over 10 minutes it will take some elbow grease to remove but that is given. Value for the money might be the biggest upside, from what I used for the first time, I would estimate I might get 10 or 12 waxes with this 1 can. As far as longevity goes, it has not been enough time for me to rate, which is what I'm looking for. The shine is Amazing!

First time using this product, the wax hardened inside the container when the shipping arrived. Hard to apply on the car without melting it first. It's difficult to buffing off once it's dry.

Applied this last fall. I live in NE MN with no garage, so it’s months with minimal washes and no waxing in the winter. I don’t notice the wax doing anything at this point, but when I can get my truck sprayed off or quickly washed, it seems to look pretty good. Maybe it is the base cost of wax still holding strong. Biggest drawback is how difficult it is to apply. It’s very thin and hard to see on light colored vehicles.

In den letzten Jahren habe ich viele Wachse probiert. Eines Tages bin ich in einem Forum über einen umfangreichen Langzeit-Test von Hartwachsen gestolpert, der das Collinite 476s als Preis/Leistungssieger empfohlen hat. Ich habe es bestellt und war begeistert. Das Wachs hält mindestens 6 Monate und funktioniert absolut top. Alle meine Nachbarn nutzen dieses Wachs mittlerweile ebenfalls und finden es großartig.Man muss darauf achten es nach dem Auftragen nur kurz ablüften zu lassen und es dann sofort zu polieren, dann geht es sehr leicht. Wartet man zu lange ist es sehr schwer es auszupolieren. Ebenfalls ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Umgebungstemperatur nicht zu niedrig ist.Das Wachs eignet sich ebenfalls super für schwarze Autos.

Das Wachs ist nach drei Tagen angekommen in einer sehr guten Verpackung. Ich muss es noch auftragen, aber ich würde sagen, dass es ein sehr qualitatives Wachs ist.Update:Eine Woche nach dem Auftragen sieht man, dass der Glanz sehr gut ist und Abperl-Effekt ist super. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Ich wachse mit dem Mittel seit zwei Jahren mein Reisemobil, das im Winter in einer Halle steht, ein und habe dann im nächsten Jahr die ganze Saison über kein Problem. Bis zum Herbst perlt das Regenwasser ab und der Lack fühlt sich immer noch relativ glatt an.
