Q: Hi just wondering what size would be good for me in “5”1 and 140 give or take and is it tight in the middle area thank you

All I can tell you is that I am 5'7 1/2" and I weigh 155 pounds and I ordered the "large" and if fits me perfectly. It is not tight in the middle. The draw string was incredibly long. I had to cut it off and tie a knot in the ends but it was no big deal. I bought this to wear around the condo on vacation and it was perfect. It is good enough to wear out in public without any problems. Very comfortable. I usually wear a "medium" in most things but I have found that the things on amazon usually run small so I order everything in "large". Hope this helps!

I just got mine in the mail, i’m 5’2 and very petite arounf 100lbs and it goes down to my calves very long and baggy. unfortunately there is no XS and a size S was too big.

Q: I am a size 6 which is between the small and med. Which would you recommend?

I am also size 6 and I purchased a small it fits great a little more form fitting. But if you want it to fit more loosely I would go with a medium.
