They stain super easy, get dirty fast, and are all around pretty flimsy.

I adore the style and the marble of this kitchen mat. My hubby also like them. When placed on the floor, the mat set looks lovely. The sizes are great. They function flawlessly in my kitchen and are comfortable to stand on and clean.

Softer/ squishier than most anti-fatigue mats, like a memory foam encased in PVC/ vinyl. A bit narrower than others that I have had, so if you put it up against the kick molding, there's not much space behind your feet while working in the kitchen. You sink into the foam quickly, so walking is like stepping on marshmallows. They clean easily, but seem to show dirt and attract pet hair. The black veining of the marble seems almost reddy-purple to me, comparing to real Carrera marble. Overall nice and a decent price for the set of 2.Update 7/6: Dropped a star- I scuffed/tore the surface with the sole of my shoe, so questionable durability that it can be damaged so easily in 2 days of use- the smaller mat hasn't even flattened out yet. The cats became infatuated with the scuff, so now there is a million little claw holes in the larger mat surface, so basically ruined already :( If you have pets, or wear tennic shoes, maybe this isn't the one.

This Marble Kitchen Mat Set [2 PCS] is very pretty but the foam is not as dense as other, anti-fatigue mats I have.So anti-fatigue mats are designed to be used in areas where people must stand for longer periods at a time. Like in front of your sink or stove or in front of a standing desk or artist's easel. They are made of foam with a waterproof cover. Honestly, if you have never used one, you are in for a treat. It really makes a huge difference. Way less leg and foot fatigue. If you have arthritis, you will be even more amazed. I am a big fan of anti-fatigue mats and have used them for years.These are really pretty. Much prettier than the others I have. They have a faux marble print on the top and are non-skid on the bottom. They are completely waterproof. And you get two - one longer and one shorter.My only disappointment is that the foam is not as dense as my others so they don't provide quite as much comfort. Also, I wonder if the foam will break down sooner. I am always barefoot in the house and I do have arthritis in my hips, though, so these would probably be perfect for others who wear shoes and aren't arthritic. However, I love how pretty they are on my black and white, checkerboard, floor in the kitchen so I will keep using them and try to remember to wear some Croc-like shoes when standing for a long time.
