The product was delivered kind of folded. The bag structure never recovered fully. It has all folds and creases everywhere and is never sturdy.The zipper quality is very bad. The folds has caused the zipper to already get detached randomly and it's a hassle.Then there's the shoulder straps. The long straps are to be inserted to the ladder lock by us and it isn't a good material or the ladder lock and the strap isn't getting enough friction when it isn't under tension, the strap loosens and gets detached randomly. Sometimes when you set it down somewhere and pick it up you find the shoulder strap not inserted. It just happensOnly good thing is the theftproof design but it is ruined by the bad zipper that sometimes gets stuck when opening and closing.Overall, it would be better to spend your hard earned cash on some other bag.

As I purchased this order for my Office Use. It has Great Space and AS Mentioned It is Water Resistant . The look is Also Great.I loved the Product. Apart From the Chain.......Its a Great Product..Please Use Better Chain For Item.Thanks

Main Zip is not working, got broken rider in the bag, female usb missing which we use for powerbank. Very disappointed, not even picking up my parcel from my house. Pick up date was 25july and today is 26july but parcel is still in my house.
