High quality
Very glad about the quality. Actually really happy it makes every tin can not dangerously sharp as my girlfriend isn’t the most tactful with such things. So I am glad to prevent her from hurting herself.

Solid. Easy. Clean.
Feels very high quality; good heft, solid. The crank is easy to grasp and turn. The cutter never enters the can, and so does not require cleaning.How it works:Turning the crank backward (counter-clockwise) loosens the grasping wheel, letting you place the can opener across the rim of a can. This allows you also to release the lid.Turning the crank forward (clockwise) pulls the wheel in, locking the can against the cutter. As you turn the crank, the cutter scores the outer edge of the rim. The cutter never enters the can; you're cutting the attachment surface.Do not place any downward pressure on this can opener.Versus the Fissler -- I like that the crank handle is a solid piece of plastic. Personally I'd just purchase whichever is more affordable (or better fits your aesthetic).Compared to a standard, lever action wheel/piercing cutter -- much less effort needed to install onto a can or cut. Less maintenance required -- wheel (and knife) cutters enter the can.If you're worried about not knowing when you're done cutting -- just keep an eye on the label's orientation.

Bester Dosenöffner
Elegant und einfach, keine scharfen Kanten und sehr leichtgängig. Das Resultat ist extrem befriedigend.Allerdings muss ich jedesmal wieder gucken, wie er nochmal funktioniert, weil ich nur selten Dosen ohne Lasche kaufe, weshalb er nicht häufig zum Einsatz kommt und die Mechanik einfach etwas anders funktioniert als die herkömmlichen Öffner.

It took a long time to arrive. But when it did I wondered if it would really be worth the money for such a simple tool.But it is.

sempre me perguntei se valia a pena trocar o típico abridor de latas brasileiro - que é um clássico do nosso design por um destes - e a resposta é SIM. o produto é realmente incrível , como todo produto da marca , e em épocas de quarentena que usamos muitos enlatados é simplesmente uma mão na roda. o fato de a tampa sair intacta sem aquelas bordar cortantes da uma liberdade enorme para raspar todo conteúdo das latas e é uma facilidade gigantesca - eu não consigo mais utilizar o outro .
