I love this printer! The instructions aren't perfectly clear in a couple of places, but it's easy enough to figure out. I needed something to label quail egg cartons, baked items, etc., and this works a treat! I've got a roll of labels in an index card holder behind the printer, and have the printer plugged in with the included USB cord into the included Mac dongle, to leave a USB port clear. With my system, for the driver, I had to add .sh to the end of the install file name, and then run it as root. No problem. Not sure how BT works, but it seems it might set up even easier on a phone. But it's nice to be able to design labels in my word processor, set the paper size to the label size (remember margins for fancy edges), and then just print what I need.

Worked like magic ! Have been printing my every day small shop labels for about a year now and have not had any issues ! I did contact support for instructions but they were so helpful ! I have not had any paper jams! It’s super smooth the super compact design makes this easy to store without taking to much space in small desk and it’s super easy to connect in the app !

I’m so angry at myself for buying this. After doing a little research (Now I wish I’d done more) and saving up for months, it turns out this printer is a total dud. I’d put it up in a yard sale but I feel too bad for whoever would end up buying it.Do you have the patience of a saint and the temperament of a sleeping koi fish? If so, I have a free label printer I can send you.Things to know before you buy:First, absolutely purchase a shipping label printer that houses the labels inside of it. Otherwise, you have a stack of labels sitting out that get wrinkled, dusty, and take up space.Yes, you could purchase a separate label holder; but why? Once you realize you must place the stack of labels a specific distance away from the printer for it to feed properly, in a delicate dance of impossible demands, you’ll wish you’d purchased something else.Second, this printer simply doesn’t successfully print labels very often.It has about 20 different error lights and messages, yet only 2 help videos — that aren’t helpful because they don’t actually solve any technical issues…The paper is loaded and prints halfway when suddenly printer doesn’t detect paper… The indicator light blinks red red, blue once, purple six times… The paper is detected but the angle is one eighth of a degree off… The printer decided it’s mad at you for placing it next to the shredder (it likes your phone dock better) and this high-maintenance mess is vengeful.About 1 out of every 50 times attempts results in a printed label. And yes, that means 49 wasted, partially printed labels. And likely an hour of your life lost to anger, regret, and questioning how all the innovation of modern society could add up to such mind-numbing waste.The power cord is huge, clunky, and old tech.This product is supposed to make life easier yet it’s so frustrating that it makes life significantly harder. It gets one star for looking nice; it’s only redeeming quality.The app is pretty functional and easy to navigate. The bluetooth connectivity is solid. And, if the thing would actually print something, there might be a chance it doesn’t end up in the dump.The world is full of beautiful things. Sadly, this isn’t one of them.

UPDATE: So I’ve had this printer a over a year now. It was working great then I moved and left it unplugged for awhile. When I went to use it again I was having some connectivity issues, I emailed the company and they resolved my issue and walked me thru it and were so responsive. Very good customer support if you ever need any help setting it up. Great company and great product!! Love how small and portable it is as well

This is my first thermal printer and it has been an absolute ease to learn to use. Wireless connects to my phone and prints beautifully. The best product for the money. They could charge more honestly. The size is so much smaller than a full size printer. It takes up little space. Works perfect with PayPal and pirate ship. It’s perfect. You can’t go wrong with this. Quickly arrived with prime.

Got the Phomemo printer on a lightening deal of some sort and the price was really attractive, compared to similarly spec'ed printers. Seems like they have a coupon if you end up buying at "full price".It's small size, good printing quality and speed, make it a great tool for label printing. I am an occasional label printer and do not use the printer for heavy duty business purposes.The only real comment I have and the reason that I am rating it at four vs. five starts is the fact that printing out of Win11 using BT does not work natively and requires using an app. I suspect all similar printers work the same, but I was a little disappointed to learn this. For this reason I listed "Easy to use" and "Easy to install" at four stars.Printer came with only few labels, which printed well. Tried to print on labels I had at home, without success. Will need to purchase new labels.Altogether, very nice printer
