have a large rectangle cooling rack but wanted something smaller this is perfect!!!

The original rack that comes with the convection oven has straight lines and gaps where food falls through. The rack that comes with the oven is also shorter on the sides and food falls in the gap. This 11” rack covers the space completely and gives me more area to cook food. This rack is also study and easy to clean. I am very happy with it.

I bought my first one while trying to find replacement racks for my Rosewill halogen/convection over (the ones that came with it are cheap garbage). This rack is great. I guess from other reviews I am lucky and got a good one. When the other one arrives and I use it awhile I will post an update to this review. Oh yeah, the basting brush is a nice touch. It works well for wings and other small goodies. It would take a considerable amount of time to baste a turkey or large roast like the standing rib roast I'm doing tomorrow. It's free how can I complain.OK, I said I would update my review after I got my second rack. Here it is.I HAVE A HUGE COMPLAINT!!!!!In the ad, it shows the basting brush but both of mine are yellow. Now that's false advertising.That my friends is my only complaint. These racks do my double stack cooking great Tonight I fixed a chicken on the top rack and the bottom rack was full of veggies. The meal came out great. I didn't have to worry about anything when I fired my convection oven.I can;t tell you this is the greatest thing since sliced bread (ask Grandma or Grandpa they should understand That), but for my need they are great. As for the doming, I find that my steaks are juicier than before. The doming allows juices to flow to the edges and gives a complete piece of meat, especially on a single layer.I am done, thank you for reading and thank you for making these racks (get some BLUE basting brushes).Merry Christmas and God bless you all

I use it to go into the bottom of a cast iron Dutch oven.

I've been using this round rack in my halogen oven for a few months now. It is easy to clean, dishwasher safe (although I mostly wash it by hand to prolong durability), made of heavy stainless with a durable chrome coating. It takes temperatures of 450°F with no problems noted. Fits the bottom of my oven real well.A good buy!

I bought this to put on the bottom of my Dutch oven so that the sourdough bread I was baking would not have such a thick crust on the bottom. The bread, directly in contact with the hot cast iron was an armor plate crust. This hold it up just a fraction and the bread is AWESOME! The top gets a nice crust, but the bottom gets less.JUST what I wantedThanks pb

Heavy duty, sturdy but it is not flat. It has a pronounced “dome” shape to it. It works but things roll off it if you don’t place them carefully.

Perfect for our canning. Sturdy too.
