Item didn't work
I installed the item and it didn't work. I contacted Amazon over a month ago about getting a replacement shipped and they said they would call me back. I haven't heard from them. I'd order a replacement myself but I would have thought they'd want to send a new item that actually worked.

Solved My Problem
My iMac kept cutting off randomly. Replacing this part did the trick, and I haven't had that issue since.
