Functionality
1st one arrived with one of the cups broken off the wires. But they replaced immediately, no questions asked. Have used it and works great, much better than a standard muffin plan.

Perfect for making popovers
This pan is exactly what I needed to make delicious popovers. They easily slide out and it is easy to clean. It is a little awkward to store in your cabinet… But that’s just the way it is

Perfect popovers!
I love this pan! I had one and decided to buy one for my mother since I do most of the baking when I visit her. She's never had popovers and I wanted to make them for her so I ordered this pan. The configuration of the separate "cups" allows for air flow around them during baking. The popovers puff up perfectly and fall right out of the pan due to its non-stick surface. It cleans up super easily and makes you want to use it over and over!

Awesome pan, but not-so-great recipe
This popover pan is terrific. For my first time making rolls, I used the recipe that was on the pan package—bad idea. They turned out terrible and were condensed, firm little bread cylinders (they never rose up and over the pan as a popover should). My second try was using the King Arthur popover rolls recipe (on their website), and they turned out fabulous and beautiful. The pan works great with the right recipes!
