Can I combine this mix together with Vitamin D3 liquid drops for stronger remineralization ?

Absolutely!  Great idea!  I would add it to the REGROW yogurt mixture last to make it easier to mix in the D3 liquid.  Also, if you are not already doing so, use a Waterpik instead of floss.  As floss can cause micro tears in the gums.  A Waterpik is more effective and easier once it becomes a habit.  Add some vitamin C powder and a few drops or oregano oil into the Waterpik and hydro-floss the teeth and gums prior to brushing with yogurt and applying the REGROW yogurt mixture.  You may want to look into the So Soft flossing tooth brush.  It has graduating soft bristles that gently clean your teeth and gums.   It's available on amazon.  Thank you for your question. REGROW tooth powder helps remineralize teeth and gums by balancing the PH in your mouth to inhibit bacteria growth that can form plague that attacks enamel and gums and can cause tooth decay and gingivitis.   REGROW tooth powder is formulated to work with yogurt as a catalyst to support teeth remineralization and healthy gums.  While REGROW tooth powder can be used alone to clean teeth, you will get best results using it with yogurt.  It is a nutrient rich powder that can help clean, protect and remineralize teeth and maintain your gums.

You can use REGROW tooth powder 3 ways.  1) Brush with the paste mixture of yogurt and REGROW; 2) brush with REGROW alone; or 3) brush with yogurt until teeth feel clean, then go over teeth with the yogurt and REGROW powder mixture.  We recommend method 3 for best results.  For all 3 methods, do not rinse the final application.

For best results, brush with plain organic yogurt thoroughly.  You may need to brush several  times, brush, spit, use more yogurt and repeat until your teeth feel  smooth to the tongue, even at the gum line.  Use a soft toothbrush in small circular motion all the way down to the gum line. Take extra care to make sure you hit the entire gum line in the front and the back of your teeth.   Make a paste with REGROW tooth powder and plain yogurt.  Brush on teeth with toothbrush or fingers.  Brush on with toothbrush if you want to shine your teeth some or simply apply the paste with your fingers.  You need less paste to apply with fingers as none will be stuck on the toothbrush.   Do not rinse.

Brush w/ yogurt & floss. Then Brush with yogurt and regrow. Surprising how clean the yogurt makes your teeth feel though. I’m totally impressed. You can use  toothpaste too first tho
