I decided to leave a review on this product after using it for several months and then seeing it had a low rating. The easiest way to use this stuff is to mix it when it arrives in the mail. Leave it at room temperature, mix it up with a spoon, mash down any lumps. Then refrigerate it right after. Refrigerating it keeps it solid enough to where it doesn't reseparate, but if you do decide to mix it again it's still soft enough to mix it easily and spread it easily. You can't tell it's sugar free, it's still really sweet tasting! It does have a heavier nutty taste, so for me, it's kinda meh on toast. But I love to eat it with granola and fruit, and sometimes even I'm just craving something sweet!

So I received this item from my husband as a gift. I'm on a sugar-free journey and I love Nutella so it was a pleasant surprise to get a sugar-free option. When I opened it it is 50% liquid and 50% rubber like brown sludge. It smells good but is impossible to ingest because of its rubbery and watery texture. We even tried putting it in a mixer that just made it clumpy but still watery and not edible. Sadly he ordered it at the very end of October to gift it to me it claims to not expire till the end of 2024. Yet they only give you a couple weeks to return it so I can't even return the product. 😭 Do not buy! Yuck!

I've tried about a dozen hazelnut-cocoa products over the years and this is the best hands down!I read labels on about 50 different hazelnut-cocoa spreads and MOST of them start out with oil or sugar or ingredients other than hazelnuts. That's NOT what we wanted.We wanted hazelnuts first and if there was any sweetener at all, it should be at the end of the ingredients.Finally found it. This has hazelnuts and almonds first and then cocoa. This product tastes good and has better ingredients than anything else we've tried. It's NOT loaded with sugar.You need to stir it when it arrives (or you could place it upside-down for a day or two before you open it and then it may be easier to stir) and then enjoy.Yes, it costs little more than some of them (and less than some that are not as good), but worth it.Very happy to have found an alternative with good ingredients.Two thumbs up.

I took a risk buying this because it has so many negative reviews, but I'm glad I did! A lot of people complain that it's very oily and impossible to stir smooth, but I found this much easier to stir than natural peanut butter. I almost always ask my husband to stir a new jar of peanut butter but this chocolate spread was no big deal and it took less than 2 minutes. They also leave some extra space in the jar so it won't overflow while you stir it. Also, this doesn't have to be refrigerated, but I put it in the fridge to keep the ingredients combined so it won't need to be stirred again. At room temperature, the spread is a bit runny, but it's delightfully thick cold- like frosting. Maybe the fact that I ordered it in fairly cool temperatures helped the consistency since it wasn't held at 100 degree temperatures while in transit. That's the only thing I can think of that would make other people struggle with this spread.As for the actual flavor and enjoyment level, it's pretty good! Good chocolate and hazelnut flavor. Appropriate amount of sweetness. It's a tiny bit gritty and for some reason seems a little salty to me, but overall it's quite enjoyable.I think maybe people need to adjust their expectations when they buy this. I bought it because I'm a diet controlled diabetic. This means I haven't eaten high carb/sugary foods in a long time. If you have the luxury of being able to eat those kind of things, yeah, you probably will complain about this spread because how on Earth could it be identical to real Nutella? But if you have reasonable expectations and your tastebuds aren't accustomed to high amounts of sugar, you should give this a try!I'm probably going to buy another jar to put in my Christmas stocking!

This is an amazing chocolate hazelnut spread that does not disappoint! After a quick stir I tried it right off the spoon and it was excellent, it has the right balance of chocolate and hazelnut and it’s smooth and creamy. I was so excited to try it because I had tried a similar product from a different brand a while back and had stomach issues because of their ingredients. I’m so excited to try it in shakes and in a cheesecake next, that’s if I can stop eating it straight from the jar. I’ve been on keto almost 3 years now and I can say it’s one of my new favorites! If you’re looking for a spread like this, look no further.

Unlike Nutella this is runny even aftermath stirring in the oil. Not fond of this product. Was very excited to find a sugar free hazelnut spread but not impressed. Taste is ok.

Even after we stirred the heck out of it it's still separated into a thick blob of chocolate and a thin oily liquid. No amount of stirring seems to combine the two substances. But the thick chocolatey blob tastes ok though it's not spreadable. I'd pass on this version of a keto chocolate hazelnut spread

I'm doing the Keto diet, and one of the hardest things to give up was that well-known hazelnut spread. It's so good, but so fattening! What a delight to discover Zello! I think it's just as good as the famous one, but I can have this, and stick to my diet.

This low carb chocolate spread did not disappoint. After you stirred it well, it was creamy, rich and tasted very similar to Nutella. I loved it on my low carb toast. It was pricey but you only use a little at a time and it is a special treat. Will definitely buy it again.

I’ve tried almost all sugar free brands available and this one is the closest to the original Nutella. But unfortunately, there isn’t enough emulsifier in the formula/recipe. I don’t know if it’s because the product froze during the delivery but it arrived separated (the oil phase separated from the chocolate-hazelnut paste). So I had to transfer all the jar content in a bowl, use my hand mixer and remix the product. Now its fine. So Im a little scared to re-order it since I don’t have time for this.

I was hoping that this would be a good alternative to the sugar loaded chocolate hazelnut spread, but the taste is not similar at all. That being said, if you like hazelnuts, this would be fine for you.

I bought this after trying countless Nutella Alternative’s, which of whom are Keto Friendly(Low Carb). After being on Keto for 3 years and trying at least a dozen, this one hits a home run. Not only is it delicious, but the texture and taste are almost identical to the real thing. My only problem is the price being $19.99+ For the size. If they somehow managed to lower the price, then I think this is surely a contender if not the #1 pick for those trabe crave a Sugar Free/Low Carb variety of Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Tastes too much like a generic nut butter, not "chocolatey", "hazel-nutty" or sweet enough. If you closed your eyes and someone fed it too you, you'd think it was some type of nut butter and not necessarily hazelnuts. Due to the lack of sweetness, the chocolate doesn't stand out either. I prefer the other brand for chocolate and hazelnut flavour, and the price for this one is outrageous at nearly $20. My only complaint about the other brand is the cooling aftertaste from the erythritol which this one doesn't seem to have. I've been on keto since 2014, so no, I don't expect it to be Nutella sweet. These two companies should merge together and compare notes.
