Okay bag, but not ideal for carrying yoga mat
I bought this bag specifically for carrying my yoga mat to and from class. I really liked the look of this bag, because I thought it would hold my yoga mat upright, compared to other yoga bags that hold the mat sticking out at an angle, making it hard to navigate around a crowd. However once the bag arrived, I realized that the front pocket isn't ideally made for carrying a yoga mat. I use a regular size mat, but if the bag is empty, there is no way to securely tighten the mat in place. Perhaps if the main pocket of the bag was fairly full (as it seems to be in all the pictures shown), it would fit snugly, but I don't plan to bring much else with me to class, and so I worry that the mat will fall out of the bag while I am walking. For now, I have come up with a fix that seems to work (crossing the straps that are supposed to secure the mat in place), but this makes the bag look a bit ridiculous, and really isn't ideal. I haven't decided whether or not I will keep this bag, but I recommend to anyone else looking for a yoga bag to keep looking.

Front pocket great for sneakers, not for yoga mats.
It’s an okay bag. The front pocket is pretty big and can hold a pair of shoes in it no problem. The main compartment is large as well and I can fit all my gym items with ease. That being said, the front pocket can’t hold my yoga mat. This is not an ideal bag for a yoga mat at all because the pocket is too short. Also, the detail of the small zipper in the front is woefully cheap. It’s strange because the rest of the bag seems fairly well constructed. The white detail is shameful and poorly sewn on- I’m hoping I can just seam rip it off.

Good Gym Bag, not great for yoga gear.
Bought this to replace my heavily-used, 7 year old Aurorae Cross-Body Sling Back Pack. Found it to be nowhere near as versatile or roomy. The Ignotas is well built and seems useful as a gym bag, The front pocket is very convenient for shoes, but ultimately it isn't deep or supportive enough for anything but the lightest/thinnest yoga mat.For a test run at home, I filled the bag with normal gear (pants, shirt, yoga towel, and a few toiletries). Once I added my mat to the front pocket and slung the pack on my back, I knew it wasn't going to work. Even with the straps cinched tight, this bag didn't have enough support to confidently carry the load I packed. Maybe if they added a strap at the top of the pack to secure the upper end of the mat it would be better?I elected to return this and order the Aurorae once again.

Nice bag
I have not used it too much lately, but I really like this bag so far! The material is really nice and I like the adjustable front pocket. It gives you options as far as what you can put in there (I tighten it when its just my yoga mat & water bottle, and loosen a little if I put tennis shoes in there). Also the padding on the back and strap area is very comfortable. Seems to be pretty durable

I have a pretty big yoga mat and it fit in the front perfectly. Even with my big mat in the front, I was still able to fit one yoga block inside the zipper. I did my jogging and had no issue with the backpack bouncing or pulling weight on my back at all. I would absolutely recommend this pack!

Great bag! Space is very versatile so it fits all of my yoga/gym stuff and mat, and the style is subtle enough that I can bring it to work (I work in a very formal environment).
