Homma Premium Ultra Soft High Rise Waist Full Length Regular and Plus Size Leggings

My 3-star rating reflects a previous enthusiastic 5-star rating tempered by deep disappointment. Y’all, 2020 got the Homma leggings. I’m so sad.TL;DR-2017-2019 leggings:-generous fit-super stretch-fantastic length-true to stated size-life-affirming2020-2021 leggings:-not true to size; several sizes smaller-tight-stiff-:( :( :( :( :(In story form:When I discovered these leggings in 2017, I was delighted by the super soft, stretchy, generous fit. I had found the holy grail of leggings. I immediately recommended them to my friends, who bought several pairs, and I purchased them for my three teens in various sizes. Between the six of us, we have purchased at least 15 multipacks.I loved them THAT MUCH.All of us—me, my other 40-something friends, and my kids—span the size range from US women’s size 6-22.Initially, the leggings worked for all of us, easily. I have purchased these leggings in different sizes 9 times since 2017.BUT: Sometime in 2019 or 2020, the leggings changed. The previous fabric was thicker, softer, and stretchier. The new fabric is stiffer and shinier.At first I thought it was a mislabeling glitch—that they’d stuck size medium or small in my 3X/4X 6-pack.I felt sad, but because I’d already purchased these leggings so many times, figured it was me and gave the smaller leggings to my kids. But this way-too-small change has been consistent the last three times I’ve ordered multipacks. I’m 5’2, and previously my size of leggings worked great on not only me, but also on my 5’9 US size 14 friend, with fabric to spare for her long legs.But the NEW leggings in the largest size are too short for my petite-length legs, and penguin in the crotch area. I am only 5’2! If leggings are above my ankle, then they’ll be Capri-length on people of average height.The old ones were incredibly stretchy. The new ones? Putting them on feels like trying to squeeze into leggings two sizes too small. I think they actually ARE two sizes too small.With one pair yesterday, on the first wear, I tried to grin and bear it, but I did yoga and heard waistband threads snap! On the first wear! It wasn’t even a complicated twisting pose!The old ones NEVER did this, and moved with me through yoga, homeschooling, errands, sleep, and full-time working from home.And it’s outside of the return window, so I can’t even return them! All I can do is pass them to my teens and go without the brand new leggings I really needed.I am really unhappy, especially because I hate having to try on every pair of leggings just to see if a given size is true to label. I want to be able to trust a company, and I’m unhappy that after purchasing these so many times, and recommending them to friends who’ve purchased them many times, that the leggings have changed. Maybe it seems strange, but that makes me feel used.So, if you’re lucky, you’ll get the older stretchier leggings. To those I give enthusiastic 5 stars across the board.The new ones are wildly untrue to size and uncomfortable and absolutely not something I would knowingly purchase. Two stars: fabric and seams are present, cuffs hemmed. These 3X/4X pairs only comfortably fit my size 6/8 daughter.I am really, really sad—and a little angry. It’s hard to find reliable, comfortable, affordable plus-size clothing, and I thought I had my leggings needs covered, but now I feel like that loyalty (hundreds of hard-earned dollars!) ended up being misplaced. I hate feeling taken advantage of, especially as a struggling working mom in this economy/pandemic. I just wanted to be comfy here at home! Leggings, you’ve failed me for the last time.Life is too short for leggings that are too short!If you’re US size 14-16 or larger, these leggings may no longer fit you as they once did.Fellow plus-sized people: I’ve got your back, but I’m not sure these leggings can say the same. Please, save your money. You deserve leggings that stretch and fit true to stated size. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, essentially losing $120-150 hoping for the previous great product.I’m giving up on this brand and will warn my friends to do the same. :(

These leggings run a little small so go up a size, unless you like your leggings real tight

These are well made and soft. They have a knit/cotton feel. They fit as leggings should and not too tight like bathing suit material as I've found with some others. They are also thick enough not to be sheer... but not so thick that they are uncomfortable or hot. Great color range so that I can have a pair that goes with most colors of tunics or short dresses.

Bought these so I would have a s.all variety of colors to wear under so.e wrap skirts. For the price. I am impressed. I've had them since this summer, and they ha e been worn and washed many times. Held up,to the washing machine. Impressed with how SOFT they are! Not very heavy, but I haven't had a see through problem, and I find them warm (in a good way) for how light they are. Keep in mind they ARE NOT SHAPPING LEGGINGS! If you are looking for something to: smoosh, lift, or support...these ARE NOT IT! THEY ARE NOT WORK OUT LEGGINGS. But they work great for what I bout them for. Paired with a tank and long lightweight tunic top for long flight this summer, and was comfortable for what turned I to 24 hrs of travel! Worth the money! Personally, would size up once just to make sure. 5'10" curvy. Bought the Xl/XXL and they fit nicely.

I'm typically a 2x. I went by the measurements for these and ordered a 3x/4x. They are more for compression. They are thin, which is fine, but it was a struggle, like putting on nylons. Great for wearing under a dress at this size but not as leggings with a shirt. I'd recommend getting two sizes larger than what you normally get for ideal comfort. They are very soft though.

I’ve been buying these for years! They tend to last about a year and then I buy more. I love how soft and stretchy they are! I have an active job and they get washed a lot and hold up well. They are not super sheer and they feel supportive in the tummy area without being restrictive. Only con is that I have rarely received pairs with holes in the seems, but I just cut them off and make boy shorts.

These are amazing! I sized up to the Xl/XXL and they fit like a glove. So comfy! I got them because I hate shaving my legs but am not brave enough to flaunt it lol. The color is close enough to skin tone to wear under dresses for the summer! Also they are not see through. I was wearing black underwear with them and couldn't see it at all.Update: I decided to order more in the 3 pack black,burgundy, and navy in the same size. They fit smaller. Not sure why they feel tighter and the tan ones still fit amazing. They are also not consistent in fabric. The navy feels much different. Not as soft and buttery. But still comfy leggings

Sorry, no photo, but just the word 'GORGEOUS!'The fabric is soft and very comfortable to wear.These leggings feel so luxurious.I love them!The fit XL - was just a teeny bit more snug that I expected. I'm a rather tall woman and always choose XL, in clothing sizes.But even though they're just a teeny bit snug, they're still very nice indeed to wear.And they wash well, no fuss required.I'm delighted.Must get another pair!Thank you!
