Received the belt and it works well for activating the muscle groups.

I was so excited to receive this item !! I’ve ordered one before it worked great but the adhesive sticky pads after a few issues would lose its stick so was happy to see one that didn’t use these pads … I plugged it and charged it right away … it charged insanely fast … only think I can say good about this product … the belt size where the Velcro is wraps around too much they don’t match to even hold the belt closed it is meant for a very large sized person I’d say prolly a 35 or bigger size waist … so with that said .. it’s first off not going to be tight to even work evenly .. so I turned it on .. and noticed it ONLY pulsates on one side and not the other .. the right side worked and not the left AT ALL…. so it’s not really usable …. You can hold it all day and find a wrap to place around it if you’re smaller … but you can’t multitask or use this moving around what so ever if you’re smaller .. as well as I’d have to wear it completely sideways and torn it to try and get the pulsate in the middle …. So def a return to find something that works !!!! Wouldn’t recommend it

I bought this to accentuate my abs in combination with eating cleaner and working out more--primarily compound movements that involve the whole body/core. Sometimes when you start all of these things at once, it's difficult to know if it's the belt that's getting the results, or if it's likely only the eating/working out aspect. Because I wanted to know, I got a head start on eating clean and working out 3 weeks before getting the belt. I saw moderate improvement in my core.Having had the belt now for 1 week, I can tell an immediate difference in the size of my ab muscles. 2 x/day on Mode 2 at #11 setting (go big or go home!) in conjunction with supplementing with creatine, BCAA's, and glutamine to get a jump start on muscle growth has really caught me off guard how much the muscles themselves grew.Similar comment to others--I have a smaller size 30 men's waist, and I had to supplement with my own velcro strips that I bought at the store to get the belt tight enough. It's designed more for bigger people it looks like, so this is my only complaint. Otherwise--impressed with the results. I hope the durability holds up because I could see myself enjoying this for a long time.

Ordered a replacement but still ended up returning it due to quality issues. Maybe I am just unlucky.I really liked the item, which is why I hope the manufacturers will read this review and make some improvements, so I can buy it in the near future.Honest feedback here:Pros:- it works, which is what I bought it for. I do feel like my core is stronger, and it burned some abdominal fat- easy to use- side pads is definitely a unique feature, and I love it- some EMS products shock too intensely that users seemed to be in pain. This product never caused such problems for me. Shock intensities are tolerable and effective, in my opinionCons:- my first one stopped working properly after a few uses, and the replacement was straight-up defective. For something that costs ~$80, I am expecting it to last for at least two months (which is not a harsh standard)- size too large for someone with medium to small waist sizes. I had to stuff clothes in the back to keep the pads on me. I hope there will be smaller size options based on waist sizes

This device worked great for 4-5 months until the electro pads on one half stopped working and the other half got really strong. Does a good job toning your abs while it works. Im buying another one of this style belt but not this one. I need a product to at least last 18 months.

I bought the newer version of this belt and love it! Its my first of any exercise equipment. I was worried about the fit. I'm a chubby Gal at 45 but theres still 12 more inches of velcro to go. This will fit any man or woman of reasonable size. I find it comfortable even on the highest setting. I walk my treadmill while the belt does situps for me :) Worth every penny!P.S. I learned if you take a wet sponge and go over your abdomen it helps the pads do their job even more.

i was looking for an ab belt as i find stimulation of some type of exercise to make me feel better. Ihopped on amazon to find an ab belt and I saw this one at the top of the list and was like why not. I ordered and it came about 4 days later which is actually faster shipping than usual for me.When i received the box i was instantly disappointed. it was a really small box but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I then put on the belt and noticed it wouldn't fit. I'm a 40 waist and this thing wouldn't fit around me despite one review saying it fit up to size 48, it's more like a 36 waist size which is too small imo for the people it's targeting. i used a work around and secured item with a belt that felt dumb. I then sucked in my gut a bit and did manage to get it on.Next, finally, I got around to using it and i have to say that's the worst aprt of it. I turn the device on and barely felt anything. I have had exp with tens before and figured it wasn't a good connection. I put more water on my stomach and even then later used electrogel. it worked better but i still barely felt anything. I know what good current feels like and this felt like low settings of some other cheaper boxes that i've used in the past. On top of that It's not even USB -C meaning these power boxes are probably pretty old(i'm speculating there).the one redeeming factor of this item is i have to say the belt itself i think is nicely made. If my 500$ tens unit wasn't in the shop for repairs, I'd be tempted to hoot it up to the belt and see how well it'd work. i bet it'd preform a lot better with more power.for 80$ I think you expect a bit more than what this is offering. The belt i think is great and nicely made(despite it being small) but whatever is powering it is pretty cheap and bad.
