This Samsung TV apparently came without quality control, as it was freezing every minute. Software update and power cycles have not helped. I figured it out that it was remote that was not properly communicating with the TV. It worked after unpairing and pairing again. But this wasn't all that I am experiencing with this TV. My home WiFi is super stable and I never face issues but this TV does. Now and then it shows a message that it is facing network issue.The key feature I liked about this model was Multi-view but that even rarely worked and most of the time it is hit and trial.Picture quality isn't great and is same as it was in my 8 years old Sharp TV. Soundbar doesn't work properly in sync either with HDMI, optic or Bluetooth...there is a serious lag and you will hear two separate sounds. Dual audio setting even after turned on does actually nothing.Quite disappointed with this Samsung TV and won't recommend.

I buy this product and send india within 11 months screen problem this tv is no good .

A single green line appeared on the screen after 6 months of less than average usage , I requested a repair within the warranty however the technician who came to inspect kept pressing on the screen to break it so that it will be customer misuse. Take care and don’t buy
