Cute, but only makes a small amount at a time
First of all, the seller was great! My molds arrived a full two weeks before the estimated date of delivery. I‘d recommend them to anyone. As for the product, it is adorable! There are three molds to a pack and they do not have a chemical smell at all (something I‘ve unfortunately experienced with silicone products in the past). The chocolate chips are smaller than regular chips and even with three molds, you end up with only about 3-4 tablespoons full. Do not try to just pour the chocolate in (like the manufacturer recommends). The molds do have a rim, but that makes it difficult to get rid of the excess chocolate. If you don’t, you end up with a bar of chocolate that has tiny chips all over the surface. I ended up piping the chocolate into each tiny cavity. To sum this up: it’s a cute product and useful if you want/need customized chips that are actually chip-shaped (e.g. as favors or decoration for baby showers, kids’ birtdays, etc.) But it’s not speedy, because it only makes so little at a time. If you want them for cookies or something like that, i‘d say make a batch of chips to press on top of the cookies (for looks) and use chocolate that you’ve cut into chunks for the inside.

Perfect!
Being 3.5 years Paleo, I make everything from scratch, including rich, decadent chocolate from coconut oil. My grain-free, sugar-free, super food-loaded chocolate chip cookies are better than Nestle Tollhouse and this mold is SOOOOO much better than using my gummy bear mold and snapping their little heads off to make cookies.Tip #1: get yourself a squeeze bottle to fill the mold.Tip #2: when popping them outta the mold, just keep turning it, hitting each row in a spiral.Only took me an hour to make enough chocolate chips for at least 3 batches of cookies, from melting the coconut oil to having them all in my freezer.A little overpriced but highly recommended!!

Make my own chips
I eat low carb but still like to make cookies and muffins with chocolate chips. I'm not a huge fan of the stevia sweetened chips because I'm allergic to ragweed and too much stevia makes my allergies act up. So I started a quest to make my own using a chocolate melter and molds. These are the perfect size and easy to pop out after 20 minutes in the freezer. My fingers end up with a little melted chocolate on them, but not much. Silicone trivets make tiny chips but are a pain to removed and lead to chocolate covered hands, chocolate smeared shirts, little chocolate pieces all over the kitchen just waiting to smear anything that comes within range. Powdered erythritol based sweeteners are too gritty. Allulose doesn't spike my blood sugar and blends beautifully into melted unsweetened chocolate and cocoa butter for a smooth chip. I supplement the allulose with liquid sucralose drops to get my ideal sweetness. The minute amount of water does not cause the chocolate to seize.

It Works!
These are the cutest darn things! I honestly wasn't sure if and how I was going to use them. But, I eat Keto and often use Lily's chocolate chips and I wanted to try making the chips on my own. It isn't really any cheaper, but it's fun and almost instantaneous. I can't get the chocolate chips locally, so I order from Amazon, but still two days. I can buy the Lily's chocolate bar in the store and almost always have them on hand. So, I melted the chocolate bar and smoothed the chocolate into the holes with one of those scrapers. Into the freezer for a short time (I went out to check after 10 minutes and they were done) and then popped them out onto a plate and into the fridge. Super easy and fun and I quickly had the chips I needed to make my Keto chocolate chip muffins!

Ketotastic Product for Making Affordable Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips!!!
Awesome product! I am on a strict Ketogenic diet and I missed chocolate chip cookies so bad, but I didn't want to use products that contained artificial sweeteners and the popular brand that sell stevia sweetened chocolate chips was just crazy expensive! I melt down unsweetened baking chocolate with coconut oil and sweeten with liquid stevia drops and can get almost an entire pound for the same price of that other brand!Super easy to use, just use a squeeze bottle to fill, freeze for a few minutes and pop out of the molds.

This process does take some tedious time but it is time well-invested and well-worth the result.
I have been looking for unsweetened chocolate chips or chunks for some time. I love the unsweetened chips in some of the date-sweetened bars, but haven’t found the exact product online, except in bulk in quantities of far more than I can use at a price far more than I can spend, not to mention purchasing a large quantity that I might not end up liking.I used an online recipe with these molds and it worked beautifully! I did sweeten them with honey per the recipe and they are deliciously not-too-sweet! I also added a pinch of sea salt.I used a condiment squeeze bottle to fill the molds and that worked beautifully. The recipe filled all three molds plus about a dozen gummie bears. If using sea salt, be sure to add it while the chocolate is warm and stir til dissolved. If it hasn’t mixed in, it can clog the squeeze bottle.I’m very happy with these molds. The chocolate chips are delicious and have a very pleasing texture.

Keto Chocolate Chips
This product will help you create your own homemade chocolate chips that are Keto friendly and without sugar or harmful sugar substitutes. I've used these molds several times to turn out chocolate chips for almond flour chocolate chip cookies with great success. Cons: time-consuming and a bit messy. Pros: quality and ingredients.

Not as easy to use as I had expected
I'm a beginner at chocolate making, and I wasted a lot of my carefully tempered chocolate by smearing it over the silicone mold to get it into the holes, and it came out more irregular and flakey than I had anticipated. I think this would be fine for a more experienced candy maker. The product is good quality, but it won't substitute for experience and knowing how to handle the chocolate.
