This was purchased as a replacement for old Acer i5 and I am very pleased with it. It's very fast and the picture is very good too.

Potentially Dangerous
This was shipped from the manufacturer via Amazon. It is important to know this because it tells us where the problem lies.The problem is that the laptop arrived with a Logitec dongle in one of the USB ports and no power supply.If you buy an Acer laptop there is a risk that it is not new, but actually someone else's return.If Acer has such sloppy QC that they would send out a returned laptop without counting the number of power supplies, and without checking the USB ports, it is likely that they didn't scan the hard drive either. This is a potential security risk.I believe that other potential customers need to know this. If Amazon continues to block my review then I shall report the matter to my local Trading Standards Office.

Battery life is very poor
Does it have a battery? Yes ,only for booting up as after that, it's time to use the power plug.

Very good price for the spec inside.Personally I would have liked a back light keyboard on reflection 🤷♂️ but miner gripe.

Resolution let me down
Sorry Acer, bought this and sent it back the screen resolution was just pants.

Seems good. RAM not as advertised
Please check to make sure you have the right amount of RAM installed. My arrived with only 8GB as opposed to the advertised 16GB, so I have had to send it back. Other than that, the laptop appeared to work quite well. A shame really as it’s a present.

DO NOT BUY
Awful experience. The laptop worked fine for about a month then it kept crashing. Especially when you swivelled the screen. It completely gave up after a month and a half. Sent it back to Acer who say it may take up to 30 to 40 working days to repair!! This laptop was not even 2 months old and they are messing about trying to repair it. Meanwhile I'm potentially without a laptop for 2 months when I need it for work. Awful awful product and service. The last time I buy any product from Acer.
