Worked really well with my little one, falls asleep with no problems and usually dish one out about an hour before bedtime with a warm drink. No issues smell nice and they are appealing to kids as they think its an extra sweet being a gummy.

My daughter likes these for the flavour and shape, I think it's helping her sleep but can't be sure. The main concern though is that the "child proof" lid is not child proof in the slightest. My 5-year old can easily open it on her own, and given these things look a lot like sweets that isn't safe.

Tasty and seem to have desired effect before bedtime

My almost 4 year old has been taking these a week now. The last 4 nights he’s slept all night 7-7. Falling asleep faster and calmer & he’s not waking up 2/3 times in the night like he used to for a week. Son takes them no problem and thinks they are sweets! My only thing I think needs improving is the lid… deffo not child proof as my son can open them, so just keep them locked away or up high!

Although I have not seen the difference in the intake my toddler took. Great in taste so no complaints here.
