Great service
Wrote a earlier review I am retracting after the quick response from seller and the operation of this lap top I am rating it as 5 got the lap top 1 day earlier than shipping stated and it is performing great.

Doesn't have full manufacture warranty
Okay, the computer was for my son to play games and other things on. The computer has great specs and it's upgraded by the seller - but you will not get a full year warranty from the manufacture. The laptop I received was at some point purchased from BestBuy and returned, according to the sticker on the laptop box. I didn't really pay attention to the box until I registered the laptop - HP's web site indicated only 4 months of warranty remaining on this model. Granted, the seller stated they give a one year warranty on the few items they upgraded but when you spend over a grand on a laptop, you deserve the full warranty. This is my experience and you may have something different if you purchase from this seller. The seller did issue a refund without any issues.
