No they aren’t need the elbow they’re mid point between shoulder and elbow. Hope that helps

Largest size is XXL, not sure what chest size that relates too? If available, why not “try before you buy”

I wear an L in CTyritt and an L in these. I might get away with an M in these. They are a generous size in width as well as length: an inch bigger either way!
