I use this every single day for hours! The handle broke, so I tapped it, still working. Love how was it is to turn on and off.

Absolutely horrible would never get again
Absolutely horrible would never get again . I donated mine hopefully someone can use it . It leaks and there is no steam that comes out of it . I’d rather get a hand held one just to give you an example ... I had a hard time steaming my linen / cashmere shirt

Looks good but does not remove much crease

Impossible to drain water out
The water tank on this product is terribly designed. It's difficult to clean, and there is a ridge that traps water and never which is impossible to dry. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone, and regret that I didn't return it in time.

Decent design, poor quality control
It works well enough for the ~$40 price. The hose I received did not even thread into the body of the unit. It pushes on and stays on (hopefully), but the threads are made for a totally different unit. This is very odd; it's like they had multiple units being made in the same factory and they packaged the wrong hose. I messaged the seller and got NO RESPONSE. Go with a different model/manufacturer.
