So far this is a great battery case. It's think, but not as thick as most battery cases. It's only 1 amp, so it'd didn't charge super fast. It also doesn't contain a full charge for me at least. I get about 80%. I also like the design. It's the easiest battery case that I've used to take in and off and feels good in the hand. Great buy for the price. It also has a lightning port vs a micro USB port, which is a big deal to me.Edit:. The plastic is starting to break in the thin area by ringer silence switch. Lowered rating.Edit 2: the battery life has been cut in half since I got it. I now only get half a change. I'm going to try to return.

First impression: it's not very protective. However, I purchased this for the battery backup, not necessarily as a protective case. For the most part, it has worked fairly well over the past couple of months. However, for the last couple of weeks when I plug in the case to charge, it doesn't register that it's plugged in. Initially, I could plug in the case (attached to the phone) and both would be charged by morning. Now, I have to plug in my case AND phone SEPARATELY overnight to ensure a full charge of both, and sometimes that still doesn't work. I even bought new cords, thinking perhaps that would help. Unfortunately, I think it's the case.

I'm giving it four stars to start. The battery life isn't nearly as impressive as my last case which was clunky and cheap. Size is good. Feel is good. Just not a ton of charge on it.The instructions are in Engrish, but still legible. I'd recommend it, but it's only been a few days, so I may update.*Update: they don’t last for crap. Giving 2 stars because the seller is cool. The cases stop charging after 2-3 months.

I bought this case a few weeks ago. I have had several battery cases in the past and this is by far my favorite for several reasons!1. I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE CASE WHEN TRANSFERING/STREAMING INFORMATION! This is my favorite part! With old cases I would have to take off the case to plug it into my stereo or computer to stream music or export/import media.2. It feels and looks good! I love the texture of the case and it doesn't make the phone feel fat or long like other cases3. The charging light is located on the back and is easy to read/activate. Other battery cases have the charge light on the front and it is BLINDING!4. The customer service is great! I had a question for them and they were able to answer it quickly and thoroughly.

I loved my original smaiphone, but after losing the top plastic piece while traveling, I purchased a new one and it’s a completely different item! The original was 2 separate pieces, very rigid, and I loved this case. The new one is all rubberized, one solid piece, very cheaply made and flimsy and arrived broken. Why did the type of case change? I loved my original smaiphone case!

Case lasted until exactly 1 day after the "return window". So now I have a brand new paperweight! But for real, when this case worked it worked as described. The material isn't very pocket friendly though, as the material creates friction and doesn't slide in easy. The material is great for assisting in not dropping your phone, but doesn't quite allow for full functional usage.TLDR : Lasted 31 days then crapped out on me. Will buy another one from a different company.

I like the design of this case but had trouble getting it to work with my iphone 6s. I'm not sure if the issue is with the case, my charging cable, or my iphone battery, but I've had to return it. Smaiphone very generously offered to replace it with a different model. Hopefully that will work better.

Update: This product stopped working. It no longer charges my phone at all. Only lasted about 2 months.It does fit the phone, it does charge with an apple cable which are both great. The battery size, however, is much smaller than advertised. A fully charged battery case will give my iPhone 7+ a 50% charge from nothing.
