The thread is very fuzzy.
I am using this thread for making ropes for model ships. The rope (3 to 12 strands per rope) turns out well but is quite fuzzy. I will have to see if I can burn off the fuzzy without affecting the color or look of the rope.

The only thread I use
Superior brand poly thread is the only thread I use for quilting. Works perfectly for me in the bobbin and as a top stitch thread.

Quality thread for sewing and quilting
A strong, thin thread. Great for piecing quilt tops because it reduces bulk and helps seams lie flat. Great as a top thread for quilting on domestic or longarm quilting machines. Lots of quilters pair So Fine on top with The Bottom Line in the bobbin with great results. Smoke blends in nicely over many prints and solids, thanks to being so thin, too. Very low lint, almost none really, so does not contribute to clogging the bobbin, the way cotton threads can. And clean up of bobbin area is a breeze and lower maintenance! Love it!

A LOT of lint
I brought this thread after reading the reviews, but I am very disappointed. It is supposed to have very little lint, but mine cone is down right hairy! It also breaks a lot. It is possible that it is my skill at FMQ, but I won't be buying this thread again. It is so bad that I wondered if I had a counterfeit thread.
