Welcome Sign 42 inches Welcome Vertical Wooden Sign Farmhouse Style- Vertical Welcome Sign

I was so excited to receive this sign since it looks super cute online. When I received the sign, the white letters were smeared off onto the black wood so it looked messy and was barely legible. It was like the letters were written with sidewalk chalk where I could smear it with my hand just by touching it. Terrible quality! I emailed the seller and was told I would receive a replacement. TWO MONTHS later and I still have not received a replacement, or any type of response to my follow-up emails. I am disappointed in the product as well as their terrible customer service. I don’t think I’ll ever get a response or a replacement. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and buy this sign from someone else!

Absolutely perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for!

What a journey trying to recieve this sign! Almost a month later. Its cute....i'm sure I could have made this myself...nothing exceptional. With that being said I would like to note the seller was really good with staying in touch with me and held up with their part of the bargain and I finally received the product. I don't think they were trying to be shady I just think they're overwhelmed with orders quite possibly? Cute sign if you don't mind waiting.

Poor quality. No hook or holes to hang it. Took forever to get.

It took forever to arrive and when it came, I was disappointed with the quality of it. I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it.

we had some issues with shipping, but once this arrived, it is perfect! it is beautifully made and so far has held up very well on our front porch (which is covered, but is somewhat exposed to the elements) thank you for a beautiful product!

Very poor quality. The paint wipes off. Looks very bad will not put on my porch. If it was not so much trouble i would send it back. Took three weeks to be delivered. I am going to repaint the board and get someone to repaint the welcome.

When I was thinking of buying this "Welcome" sign to put on our front porch, I reached out to the seller and asked the following question. "Can you do this sign in black shiny lacquer"? The seller responded"yes". So I ordered it. I reached back out and asked "How will you remember to do this for this particular sign? No reply. I get the sign and nothing. It looks cheap, and like it was done in chalk. I'm very disappointed. So my advice to potential buyers be very careful when ordering, it looks better on the Amazon site then it does in person.
