I finally decided to get these presses. I think the small one is really small, probably too small for most applications. If I had known, I would have tried to get only to medium and larger size presses. Overall I impressed with the quality of them. Super easy to clean - I just wiped mine off with a damp cloth. They would probably do OK in the dishwasher, but not really necessary. I made 50 potstickers and a dozen or so empanadas and these worked well.

Très déçue, je ne peux commenter sur l’utilisation du produit car le format le plus important à mon avis était cassé à la réception. J’ai dû le retourner… par contre, je crois que celui-ci est tout de même de bonne qualité, le problème était probablement dû à la manipulation du paquet lors de l’emballage en usine…
