It stopped the rash

I am very impressed with this product! I haven't tried taking it orally and probably won't, but as a wound care or rash treatment it's first rate.I have be plagued with two "sores" on the back of my right hand ever since a 2 week hospital visit in 2019. After having IVs in my hand for that long, they just wouldn't heal up and stay healed-- the slightest bump or nighttime scratch (they itched like crazy) and they'd be open and bleeding once again. TWO treatments with this product and both spots started healing. After a once daily application for two weeks and they are almost completely GONE. I'll probably still have some scarring on the worst one, but both places are now just faintly pink areas.I also tend to have very dry skin and nearly all hand soaps will cause rashes on the backs of my hands. The Sarracenia liquid seems to get rid of that problem as well. I can definitely say I'll reorder this product and never be without it in the medicine cabinet!As always, my experience/opinion only. Other persons may have different experiences/opinions.

Sarracenia Purpurea has a long history of being used to treat various ailments. I've read about it being used orally for viral defense and topically for injuries and lesions. The Mary Ruth's S.P extract is a spray from - the bottle suggest using it topically, though it doesn't seem like there is any ingredients in it to prevent you from using this formula orally. Also, the spray has glycerine in it, which seems to imply it was sweetened to make it more palatable to consume. That in mind though, there is no recommended dosage for internal use on the bottle.I'm really happy to see this traditional North American herbal remedy become readily available on the market. This spray is really convenient to use and pretty mess free.Great product, I'd order it again.

This product expired on 7/31/2024. I received the product on 8/19/2024, after it had already expired.

The description for this herbal remedy says "spray," but the one I received was a pump, which I'm pretty sure works better than a spray. This herbal preparation is made with glycerin, so it is a little bit thick, and actually tastes quite good because glycerin is naturally sweet. I had read online that this herb could be helpful for Digestive issues when taken internally, so I thought I would give it a try. I used it as a digestive after eating, but I also did use it topically as recommended on a very dry patch of skin. What I will say is that it seemed to help a bit in both those situations. Not 100%, but my life got very stressful, which always throws off my digestion, so it may not have been a fair test. This herbal preparation is inexpensive, and tastes good, so if you have symptoms for which this herb is recommended, you might as well give it a try. Nothing to lose.

I applied this to my face during time when I had a seborrheic dermatitis breakout and it seemed to work well to keep my skin calm. It didn't itch or burn or sting doing application and I had no reactions to it. It did seem to make my skin a bit sticky and I'm wondering if that's because (despite no directions for that), it could be used for oral consumption instead? However, I used it for a few days and it didn't really make much difference. However, maybe there's another way to use it?
