Awesome Game + Funny Art = Buy this now
Cul-De-Sac Conquest is a truly awesome game!! It reminds me so much of my childhood as I grew up on a Cul-De-Sac and many of the stereotypes directly apply to my situation and reminds me of my old neighbors. This is a great addition for anyone who loves board games or just having fun with friends and family! Also the art work is top notch, you can not help but laugh when you see some of these cards and characters! So all in all, BUY THIS GAME! and have fun with friends and family like I have.

Great casual party game, or filler game.
This is a great game for up to 8 players. We played with 4 and it was fun, but I could easily see it being even more enjoyable with the full 8. The icons and explanations are pretty straightforward. The only area that sometimes confused our table was identifying which "annoyances" characters were strong when attacking with, and weak against, which changes "damage" calculations. Once we got used to this, the game moved at a normal pace.+Humorous+Great Art+Fun for large groups.--------------------------------Some finer points that aren't immediately clear in the rules.-Once you've played all of the combinations of characters, it may not be very replayable.

Cute concept doesn't make up for poor game play
This game is like one of many games where more effort was put into the concept than to the actual mechanics of the game. Once you have read through the funny cards, the game itself is dull and has a low replay factor. In the game, you are commonly identifiable annoying neighbors: The cat lady, the HOA chairman, etc. And, you play annoyance cards on each other to make them move away. Like Lunch Monday, King of Tokyo, etc. the goal is to be the last one standing. Unlike those games, this game get monotonous quickly. You draw, play a card on another person or a recovery/upgrade card on yourself, and then your turn is over. There is no real strategy except to find the best card to play in your hand. (For example, in the very similar but much better game "Lunch Money" you can build combinations of attacks and counter attacks.)

Revenge of the Neighbors
I'm fortunate enough to have met the author. If you've ever been mad at a neighbor, this is a great way to work off that frustration. You'll probably recognize yourself somewhere in these cards.

Cul-De-Sac Con-BEST
I love this game! I host a lot of board game nights with my friends on the weekend and this one definitely creates fun conversation on top of a silly concept. It's easy to learn and definitely keeps our attention! I also love games that take art direction into account and the look of the cards definitely fits the feel of the game. I highly suggest this game for any board game aficionados. :)

Not only is this game fun and all of the cards are super funny
Not only is this game fun and all of the cards are super funny, but the quality and construction of the game is very high end and durable for years of game playing! The Hoarder is my favorite character!
