I loved being able to order these from Amazon and not have to spend half of a day going up to IKEA!

For a genuine Ikea product for the Skadis pegboard
the part isn't as compatible as other Skadis products. The way it is installed is very difficult but sturdy. And removal is extremely difficult which is why I gave it such a low rating. To be that difficult to remove from a pegboard limits it effectiveness. If you are someone who like to rearrange your pegboard every now and then I wouldn't recommend these at all. Just go for hooks instead. If you want a sturdy and more permanent mount these are okay but after I got these I think the hooks are a better solution. I would expect this kind of compatibility issue with a generic 3D printed part rather than a genuine Skadis part. To me they are only good for scissors IMO.

Know where you want them to stay before placing them
These little knobs have a bit on the back that fits into the slits on the pegboard, then you twist them to lock into place. I had to audition them with the objects they were going to hold, and some of them needed to be moved up or down a space or two. Pay close attention to the wordless photo of how to do this on the accompanying insert; doing it wrong will cause the bit on the back to snap off, rendering that knob useless.

Only works with Ikea pegboard
They should make it very clear that these only work for Ikea pegboards. For some reason IKEA decided not to standardize their pegboards.
