Q: Would you recommend this for a 3 year old dog? He doesn't have health concerns but I want to give him the best to keep him healthy as long as I can

I am a cat owner, not a dog owner, but I can tell you that this stuff can dramatically slow the growth of cancer tumors. A cat I was told had 2 weeks at most to live, lived over 3 months on it. Another I was told had 2 months lived nearly 10 months. I now give it to my 16 year old cat as a preventative and he is doing fine. It is not expensive and worth trying. I highly recommend it. Just mix it into some wet food. Easy.

Q: Does this have Cordyceps Militaris or Sinesis?

I don't know which source of Cordyceps but these are the total ingredients: Organic Coriolus Versicolor, Organic Agaricus Blazei, Organic Reishi, Organic Shiitake, Organic Maitake, Organic Cordyceps, Organic King Trumpet, and Organic Lion's Mane as well as: Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B12, C, D & E; Beta-Glucans; Polyaccharides; L-Ergothioneine; Selenium. 100% Organic.

Hi there, you sprinkle the powder on top or can mix it together, it's a small amount! My dog can be picky & didn't even know the difference! It says on their website that it is full spectrum, using the entire mushroom and not just mycelium.
