The media could not be loaded. I got a small. I'm 5'6 145lb. Material very flexible. You can loosen tighten straps. The only thing I can say is the straps don't stay on my shoulders unless I'm doing something wrong. I tried loosening and tightening just wouldn't stay. But love it 👍
