I am very happy after starting this supplement. Have been on it for about 7 weeks. Noticed remarkable changes after just one week. Unfortunately this product gave me horrible diarrhea. I thought I'd give it some more time but after 30 days there was no change. I really believe that it's a side effect of the DIM and not a reflection of QNL. I've been using QNL for years and believe they make high quality products. Hopefully it will work well for others.
