Does the job well!
Used the unit to replace an older receipt printer. Installation was a 10 minute task and everything worked perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better print quality.

Awesome printer & seller
Best POS Thermal Ethernet printer there is. USB, Serial & Ethernet connections for $299. Use it locally at a POS terminal with usb / Serial, or connect it to your network for simple placement anywhere you have an Ethernet connection and power.This company has fast and helpful support! I received an email response in an hour or so. Completely fixed my issue in a few minutes.

Very Fast and Easy to Install
We replaced a very old Epson TM-U375P receipt printer with this new TM-T88vi. It was simple plug and play and the speed and quality of print is impressive. These receipt printers are expensive but they are workhorses and last decades. The TM-U375P we replaced was several decades in service.

Sub Par Product!
The printer arrived without the complete electrical cord! I used one that I had from a previous model. When I turned it on, I wasn’t able to connect it because I didn’t have the print driver for it. I contacted Geek Squad to assist me in downloading the print driver. They weren’t able to ever get it to work. I should have know the product was sub par when I opened the box and it looked like someone had just taken the printer, tossed it in the box and shipped it without any testing. My advice, pay the extra $ to purchase a brand new print. It wasn’t worth the hassle to save a hundred bucks!

SO glad we upgraded!
Upgraded from an old Epson TM-T88IV. This thing is at least 3 times faster and much quieter. The addition of a LAN port is fantastic!

Very dependable I own a restaurant and I've tried cheaper printers and now I won't buy anything but these epsons

Shipped Everything But the Start-Up Disk
I guess its partly my fault for ordering a used product, but the Software and Documents Disk wasn't included and is necessary to set up the device for network printing. So basically I bought a paperweight
