The versatility of this set is amazing! I can easily take these to the gym, or use them for my at-home workouts. I will usually warm up my legs with the 2 inch band, use the 3 inch band for my staple exercises, and then finish with Power Band stretches.These fabric bands are comfortable on the skin, durable, and add intensity to every workout. I highly recommend buying these resistance bands!

With being a college student there is limited room to workout in your room and I am not always comfortable with going to my building gym. These are a GREAT way to get your workout in without going to the gym. I love the fabric and how it doesn’t rub my skin when doing certain exercises. They truly are a thick sturdy martial, but also have a give to them making it not too difficult to work it. Overall I will definitely be doing more band workouts and recommending these to others!

I love these bands. I am a personal trainer and i use these bands daily. They are just the right about of tight- challenge my clients but also can move. I have bought this product before and they are durable- we just needed more. My gym of 300+ members has been able to use these bands for the past 2 years with no problem

As an avid gym go-er, these bands have been my go to's for when I hit the gym on glute day. They are definitely some of the best bands I have ever used because of the incredible quality and durability that they offer. I just started using this brand and am so impressed with the quality of literally everything I’ve gotten from 4kor. These are so sturdy and even have grips on the inside of the band so they really stay in place and are comfortable. The long band is so versatile too. I prefer these bands over regular rubber ones x10000.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking for good resistance bands for months. I had got some that were relatively inexpensive, but they did not actually challenge me during my workout. These one are SO GOOD! I honestly loved the resistance on them but they are also comfortable to use. The thickness and durability is unmatched. I have found other bands to be difficult with lunges, but these were giving me a good burn. Only con is I wish the colors were a bit more neutral but I still love the fun these add. Would definitely purchase again!

The resistance is spot on. It has different levels and great for lots of movements. Simple and effective addition for my home workouts!

These bands are so much better than the bands offered at my gym! The bands are thicker and have an elastic grip that allows the band to stay in place. I love the tye dye and that each band/resistance is a different color and length!
