Absolutely amazing! I’ve used many different brands of mica over the years and was so amazed by the Imperial Purple Haze Mica! It is honestly unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a mica before. It has what looks like super fine red glitter when you move the jar around and the mica hits the light —-obviously it isn’t real glitter but I’ve never seen a mica that has this neat shimmering effect but with another color, yet one that isn’t a color shift mica. I added some photos of the mica under different lighting (and also a product I made with the mica): The first photo is the mica under my workspace LED lamp on the brightest setting. The second photo is just under natural light next to bath bombs I made and airbrushed with the Imperial Purple Haze mica. The third photo I took outside under the sunlight and you can really see the beautiful hints of red I was talking about in that photo, and the last photo is a swatch of the mica on my hand. You can really get an idea for how versatile this mica is and see how it shimmers and shines in different lighting. I highly recommend this mica- out of hundreds that I have in my supply bins, this is by far the most beautiful purple mica I’ve used- and honestly, this is now my all-time favorite mica out of any I've ever tried. I’m off to buy my next jar now actually! If you’re looking for a new purple mica- this is the best choice!

I have only been soaping for about 6 months now. I find a lot of the "soaping suppliers" mica prices are a bit ridiculous, but I've seen / heard a LOT of professional soapers say that you get what you pay for... and micas on Amazon aren't always the best. WELL, LET ME TELL YOU THIS: This purchase was NOT a waist of my time OR money! It performed really, REALLY well in my soap I just made, for my 2021 Valentines Day soap. It's actually VERY beautiful! And I'm hoping when I run out, I'll still be able to purchase this mica in the future! 51grams, I thought seemed REALLY small, but, nope, it's actually a decent quantity. I'm extremely happy with it.

Nice bright purple. Wasn’t thrilled with the off colored glitter in it. But still a very nice bright purple.

I am a beginner at this. This was my first time using this color and brand. I got my money's worth. Make sure you try it with a small amount first because a little goes a long way.
