I purchased this luggage set in October of 2022 right before a trip to the Caribbean. It is lightweight and roomy and seemed like it would be perfect for our yearly trip It survived 3 flights before the spinner wheel separated from the bottom of the suitcase, basically making it useless for travel. I contacted TravelPro via their website with the pictures above asking them to repair or replace the luggage - I have yet to receive a reply from them. TRAVELPRO appears to have a good reputation in the luggage industry, but, as of now, I would take that with a grain of sat. VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS LUGGAGE AND TRAVELPRO'S NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON-REPLY TO MY REQUEST.

Sturdy, well-made, and durable. Holds more than expected. This set is a gift. Needless to say, the recipient is thrilled.

The dept of these cases are great

These bags did NOT hold up like the MaxLite 5s I have. All three of my rollaboard bags (this one and 2 MaxLite 5s) packed with the same weight, and have taken the same journeys, the approximate same number of times.The under the seat bag tore within the first two months. Now the rollaboard handle on this one is trashed after only 9 months of use. Even if I had purchased the warranty on these bags, I would still chose to replace them with the MaxLite 5 instead. This model simply does not hold up nearly as well.

I bought it for work the weight is perfect the Maneuverability is great 4 wheels or you can slide it like a 2 wheel stands well the zipper so smooth to open and close the space although it seems small is very spacious quality is great and for the value i got it for is worth it!

UPDATE: After spending a significant amount of time looking into warranty information on this set, I've discovered that this is NOT true Travelpro luggage.It's made by Travelpro, but it turns out it's a low quality set made for discount retailers. It's not even listed on their website and appears to have no warranty backing. I have had Travelpro for several years so, when the time came for a new set, I hopped on Amazon, found a set that I liked (and was happy to have scored a great deal) and purchased it (shame on me, I guess). I was completely unaware that Travelpro had watered down their product line and were pushing substandard items.It feels like a terrible bait and switch from a company that used to mean quality and durability. If you can, spend the extra money for the Platinum or Maxlite lines or switch brands completely, like I may be doing soon.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love Travelpro luggage and this is my second set from Amazon (I travel about 40% of the year) but this set is just really frustrating me.The carryon tips over with anything set on top. Neither case rolls particularly easily, but the carryon is a nightmare. The wheels seem to "snag" constantly and the whole thing tips over while I'm rolling it, even on flat hard surfaces.I'm trying to look into warranty options, hoping I got a lemon and it's not a flaw with all of this line. I've been shopping other brands recently due to the issues I'm having traveling with this set.
