We don't over roast our coffees just to make them stronger or to disguise inferior coffee beans. After roasting, we then hand blend each recipe for the perfect profile for a medium bodied espresso shot--not bitter and overpowering or burnt, but blooming with fruit notes and the incredible zest of South American beans.
- A mild espresso blend that creates a low acid and easy to approach medium roasted finished product, with an espresso shot that we believe to be a 4 out of 10 intensity. A shot that won't kill your tastebuds and leave you with a bad mouth feeling. Instead, you get a very enjoyable and approachable shot to get you moving. Bright and floral, with little to no bitterness or acidity.
- Our South American Espresso Blend Nespresso Compatible Pods are a blend of Guatemalan and Brazilian, finished with a tiny amount of Robusta to increase crema production and give the shot a more traditional italian espresso element. All of our beans are specialty grade beans sourced from the most sought after regions and coffee farms.

These Micro Arrosto South American Nespresso-compatible espresso pods are a medium roasted mild take on a classic espresso shot. True to the original Italian-style blends, this espresso shot is blended to ensure a bold crema and amazing aromatics. Traditionally espresso shots have been roasted to a beyond dark roast to ensure that the shots carry the weight and body to blend with espresso drinks. However, with the increased popularity of the nespresso single serving espresso machines, many drinkers enjoy the shots direct without much blending or further prep. Although many drinkers prefer traditional espresso shots with a bold character, we believe that others desire a more approachable blend that leaves you with the desired taste profile with slightly less harsh experience. No burnt coffee on our watch! We believe that you will enjoy our South American blend as an alternative to you daily cup of drip coffee. While you still may use these shots to create drinks such as mochas and lattes, they really shine when pulled as a single shot and drunk straight.
