Bought this as a present for my nephew. I was not expecting much as cheaply priced…well I was amazed. This is as close as you can safely get to the real thing for a child. Metal on/off switch in the correct place, starter to pull start and triggers to rev. And one has to do these in the correct/proper-order to start and run. Sound effects are brilliant. Totally safe for kids to play with as no dangerous parts. Absolutely brilliant.

Just as difficult to start as the real thing😂

Having watched some men Trimming and logging a tree, my son became obsessed with chain saws.Once we got this toy working he absolutely loved it. Everything feels sufficiently sturdy. The on off switch is great as is the pull start.The issue is batteries.The chainsaw will not work unless its fitted with fresh batteries. They will then provide a couple of hours play at best, before they are too run down to work. The good news is that you can still use the batteries for any other toy or gadget.
