Love it, needs a few tweaks to be perfect.
Bought this for long haul flights, tested on two 14+ hour flights so far and I love it.Pros:- Works with your head resting forward (as pictured) or, with some care, leaning to the left or right and slightly down (useful for for variety). In this position it's helpful to supplement with a small pillow like the one available on long haul flights.- Unlike neck pillows, which often don't play well with the headrest on most long-haul airline seats, this product works anywhere.- Relatively small size compared to large neck pillows.Cons:- The cross hole on the orange part (indented to adjust position in 4 directions) was loose on mine so the assembly would not stay in the spot I wanted. I added multiple layers of tape between the plates to create friction. If I had not done this the product would not have worked well. I don't know whether this is a design flaw or manufacturing defect on my unit.- Comfortable but could use a little more padding, especially when using it to prop your head up at an angle to the left/right (X will rest partially on collarbone) instead of forward.- Expensive for what it is ($47)- Doesn't come with a bag. For the price it should come with a little mesh drawstring bag rather than a zip lock bag. Luckily I had one laying around, but without a bag, it's a hassle to put away because of the strap and exposed velcro.Overall I would recommend and buy again.

Finally a support that leave out the Dork effect
OK, I had the courage to pull this thing out on a plane and put it on my next and I was off to sleep, each time I woke there was someone staring at it and then the questions came (cut into my sleep) and if there is an increase in sales I should get a commission. Now I have to tell you it worked, I have tried many pillows and most of them are designed to fit behind the head and they actually push you forward and that is counter to the airplane seat design as you tend to roll to one side with the pillow behind the head. This device allows you to prop your head up from the chin and the natural curve of the seat allows you to cradle backwards and the position is locked. I love the fact I can now use my over the ear noise canceling headphones and they are not pushed off the ears by the pillow sliding around. The other great thing about it is it fit into my small carry on bag and I love that as I was never comfortable carrying a pillow and not much better off when I tried the blow up pillow(lewd comments) so this is a WIN WIN for me.

Relief for pinched nerve in neck vertebrae
This works ok, as I have a pinched nerve in my neck vertebrae, and it helps to relieve pressure there. Sleeping on an airplane or bus can be frustrating, leaving one's neck sore from how the head hangs downward. So, functionally, I'd give this 5 stars. But the reason I only gave it 3 is that it's way over priced in my opinion. Should be about half what I paid just from looking at materials involved.

I like this product
I like this product. You will definitely get some weird looks from people. This the first time in a long time I was able to be on flight for more than two hour and my neck wasn’t sore.

Love the design
Love the design. Works great. I know it looks weird like your neck is broken but the design is sound. Will keep your neck upright for a comfortable nap during flights or any place where sleeping upright is the only option.

Genius design!
This is genius! I have tried several travel neckrests, all good enough, though very bulky to pack. SleepX is compact, comfortable, and thoroughly adjustable. Sweet dreams!
