This is an ideal first responder's bag. It has zippered pockets on both ends, net pockets inside and two front pockets with elastic loops. The internal divider and padded bottom give the bag the organization and durability needed for every first responder. Main compartment measures. Main body 13" x 9" x 6"

Works!
It's not amazing quality, but for $20, I'll take it! I've been searching around for a few weeks now looking for a good deal on a decently put together first aid kit/survival kit and I've found none. All over-priced with low quality items. $80 for a kit that doesn't include what I need just doesn't cut it. So then I thought, hey, why not make my own? Looked around for a decent bag with a good price and stumbled on this. Bought it. Then grabbed a few items off amazon and most of the medical supplies from walmart and for $80, my kit is 3 times better than the ones I found online - and it includes more than what I would need. This bag holds just enough. I use this bag for kayaking - when I go with my brother. To ensure that this kit stays dry, I bought a 40L dry bag and inside the dry bag I put a few bigger survival items along with this bag. It's awesome. This bag does what it needs to do and holds up pretty good under stressful conditions - such as kayaking. Love it and highly recommend it!

OK, but not for big jobs.
The bag is made of thin material, and I wouldn't weigh it down too much with large equipment or excessive supplies. I originally bought it for a full-trauma response bag, but it was much smaller than I expected. The top flap simply folds over the main compartment and "buckles" to the front (zipper would have been nice), and it does not securely keep items "locked" in the bag ... they can still fall out the side if not careful. I use it now for just quick first aid supplies, like small cuts and minor burn treatment and such. For the price of this bag, you may be able to find something better.

Love it!
Im a paramedic student it works great to hold of my IV kit supplies. I also donated one to my fire department works excellent for all those specialty items that you dont want to get lost! It is very spacious and sturdy. Tons of little pockets and cubbies to stick things in including slots to put your IV needles!!!!!

It's a good size but flimsy
Needed a first aid bag for my car. It's a good size but flimsy. Once I put supplies in it, I quickly realized that you should not pick it up by the middle handle as that lifts the top flap too much, and objects on the outer sides of the inside pocket can easily fall out. So if you grab it in a hurry, you risk stuff falling out.

Good purchase
I have had this bag for many years!! It rides around in the car at all times. Good durable bag but the top does not like to stay closed! There is a lot of storage to hold supplies.

Good quality, great size.
I ordered this as a play doctor bag for my son and it is the perfect size. The buckles are heavy duty (as a toy bag that may prove to be a little tricky) but I think this bag will hold up really well. I can't imagine a true emt using this bag as it seems small for that, but as an emergency kit or for pretend play it is perfect.

No frills here.
Exactly what I wanted. Cheap, simple bag to make a first aid kit for our fleet of cars. Did not want to pay hundreds just for the bag itself. This thing has lots of pockets and is holding up well.Only downside is that the flaps do not completely cover the main compartment, but that's OK. With a little velcro, may be able to rectify this issue.

Trauma bag
The bag is smaller than the picture depicts. It can't hold too much. Too small to pack bandages and first aid gear into Plano storage boxs to keep items organized. It does not have a main zipper to keep out dust so don't plan on having this for ATV or OHV riding first aid gear. Probably good for household first aid items.
