I would never imagined myself wanting to write a review for a laxative, but here I am. I have a chronic illness that requires me to take several medications that cause constipation. yuck. I have taken several brands of senna, which was the recommendation of my doctor, but nothing has worked so well as Nature's Answer Senna. With other brands, I was required to take as many as 8 pills, with varying results. With this product, I take only I pill, with reliable results every time. this stuff is a Godsend for anyone like me, with a chronic condition, or anyone at all, with a constipation problem. I highly recommend this great product.

I enjoy taking these. They are gentle and effective. I take two twice a day and go at least once a day.

I have celiac, so I have a Nima tester as I get very sick if I get gluten into my system. I tested this product and it came back. Gluten found. Beware people with celiac as this product states that is gluten-free on the box.

Nature's Answer Senna Leaf proves to be the answer for me! It works fast, there's no pain or uncomfortable feeling, and it's a great deal for the price. I highly recommend this product.

I finally found something that works for my opioid induced constipation! Yes, it does cause digestive rumbles and does generally produce a loose stool, but that's better than not going at all. I'm on my second bottle and take 3 pills 1x daily combined with a OTC stool softener and I'm now back to daily bowel movements. Such a relief.

This pills strong work great do not take to much try with one if still try another one I toke two and I can't stop now it's natural.

I failed to notice when purchasing this product that it was a capsule and not a tablet. The capsule is about 3/4 of an inch long and 1/4 of an inch wide. Motility is part of my medical problem, from the initiation of the swallow all the way through to defecation. Having to take multiple of these large capsules is difficult, plus they seem to stick. That might be related to the quality of capsules they use, as I do not have this problem with other prescription medications that come in capsules. These also cause me to burp and then my breath smells and I have an aftertaste of the Senna. I don't seem to be having as good in effect as I was having before from tablets, but that happens from time to time and I am not sure is the fault of the product. Regardless I will be switching back to tablets. The hard coating and smaller size work better for me.

I use this senna as a natural laxative when I'm having problems with my IBS-C. I take it at night and most times I am able to go to the bathroom the next morning. It's also really gentle, so I don't have cramps or anything. And I love that it's a natural product, not a bunch of chemicals in a pill.
