Size of the Regulator's nose.
Since the nose of the Regulator is bigger than the normally used hose, the Regulator nose could not be inserted in the hose. I have tried with 2 to 3 types of hoses but of no use. The Regulator photo with a smaller metal nose in the box is not available in the box. I don't know how to rectify the problem.
