Nugeni Steampac+ Portable Handheld Steamer with Extend Reach

Ok- so we have been talking about hiring someone to come and clean our grout, however it's just super expensive and we just couldn't justify it. However - when I saw this, I figured that this was worth the investment so that I could keep the cleaner and keep up on the grout without having to have someone come in to my house. SO WORTH IT! My grout looks brand new! It's actually kind of gross how much dirt came up.

I was so excited to test this unit out when it arrived and was extremely disappointed when the vacuum wouldn't turn on. It's completely dead. When I plug the handheld unit in to charge (yes, I removed the battery protective tab), the green light turns on as if it is completely charged. However, when I press the power button, nothing happens. When I try to charge it via the docking station when clicked into the upright assembly, the station lights up blue like it's supposed to, but there is no light activity on the power buttons (upright handle nor the handheld switch) of the vacuum unit (it's supposed to light up, indicating it's charged/charging). It's as if the battery is not actually connecting to anything. It seems like I got a lemon. I didn't even bother trying out the steamer unit as the dead vacuum alone is a deal breaker. I'd think for the price I'd get a top of the line product, but sadly, I will have to return it. :(

After a few uses, the Steampac+ has exceeded my expectations. The setup is easy and I was ready to use it after just a few minutes. When unpacking everything, I wondered how I would store all the parts (as there are a lot of them) - but it comes with a nice accessory bag for storage…big plus!I used the high pressure nozzle and detail brush on the bathroom sinks and around the shower and it worked like a charm. Our shower has a few nooks and hard to reach places, but the high pressure blasted away all the dirt with ease.I also used the squeegee tool on our windows, mirrors and glass shower door and it worked wonderfully.One thing to note is the shoulder strap makes holding the trigger a little awkward, but all I did was activate the "continuous steam" mode which made it much more convenient.Overall, it's a great product and I'm looking forward to cleaning our grill when the weather warms up!

You know when you buy something for one thing and then quickly try to think of how many different other things you can use it for?Gross carseat with God know what is caked on it? Nugeni'd.Hardwood floors we used to use a mop and cleaner on? Nugeni'd.Grout that was once white, turned grey and is now white again? Nugeni'd.You don't really know how much you needed something in your life until you've found it. For my family, it was this handheld steamer.

One word.....WOW!! I’ve had other steamers and they do not compare to the Steam+ It’s not clunky, so easy to maneuver....and detaching the handheld is a cinch and makes it easy to get to all the hard to reach places. When you see how well it cleans, you won’t want to stop cleaning, I pretty much steam cleaned the whole house!! Best part is that it just uses water, chemical fee is a big plus!

couldn't really use it as it never produced any steam. i guess it didn't pass the quality control but made it me. i sent it back and got one 1/3 of the price that actually works

I love this product! My children are daily crafters and the constant mess drives me crazy. I keep the vacuum in the kitchen and use it at least two times a day. It is easy to tuck away in the corner with the slim design and like that there is no cord for my kids to trip on. My kids actually fight over who gets to vacuum now!I also was drawn to this product after a very long winter last year. My family was continually sick and each illness was passed from person to person. I hate using chemicals and one of my kids is super sensitive to smells. My older child caught a terrible virus from a friend right after I purchased the Steva. I used the steamer on everything…door handles, countertops, bathroom sinks and faucets, toilets, the bedding, you name it. No one else got the virus and I swear it was because of the steaming I did around the house. Two of my family members also suffer from asthma so I do my best to keep the house clean to avoid dust build up. The vacuum and steamer have been life savers.I definitely do encourage reviewing the manual before use. There are a lot of attachments and several I was uncertain how to use until I read the manual.

Defective vacuum unit out of the box, same as many others have experienced. I emailed the manufacturer for support and received a response that evening stating "We have not sold these models in a very long time, whoever is selling these is not a certified distributor, we recommend you return it to the place of purchase". So I returned it. The steamer is also worthless, providing warm stream, not hot enough to sterilize or even evaporate on it's own. I'm assuming whoever is selling these bought out a leftover lot, defective units included, also; the box is huge and a pain to return.
