This is a great product, however it doesn't stay in position and provide accurate readings... it need better adhesive tape... Doesn't prevent snoring if it does stay in place...

I have moderate sleep apnea and I do not need a CPAP when using this device and my wife hears no snoring. You have to be patient with trying to understand how it works and how to use it. It is a well-designed device but instructions can be confusing. It basically sends out electrical pulses to the area beneath your tongue to stimulate your muscle without waking you when it detects snoring or an apnea event. First, I clean under my chin with isopropyl alcohol and have no problem with adhesion of the electrodes. When charging, make sure the "on" .button points away from the connector or it won't charge. It connects to the Snoreplus app on the phone through bluetooth so make sure the app has background run privilege. One problem I have with the apnea function is that if I am awake and breathing lightly, the TENS function sometimes begins to fire. I have to tap the unit for it to stop, as per the instructions. Since the device (or controlling app) has the capability of online upgrade, hopefully VVFly will fix the software. One last point, I hope this helps anyone considering trying this unit. With the 30 day free return policy with Amazon, it's a no-brainer. It requires purchase of electrodes ( 1 per night). I believe they are cheaper if you go directly to Snore Circle website.

Great idea. I wish it hadnt malfuntioned allot. It would vibrate multiple times until i hit a button - by that time i was awake.

Works some nights, not others. Only purchase if you are ok with being shocked in the night. It can be scary. Also, the app is horrible. Not user friendly at all.Considering returning.How did I sleep 17 hours? Reality was 8 hrs.

I used this product for my sleep apnea

I tried this device for a couple of nights. It turned on (lights) but didn’t do a thing. I have moderate sleep apnea so I know that I snore and I even simulated snoring on other occasions just to try to get it to do something. Not a peep..

This product was completely ineffective for me. The tiny current emitted when snoring was detected simply woke me up. After which I had trouble going back to sleep. This sleep-wake cycle continued throughout the night. Product returned.
